Since the new century,China's pre-school education got rapid development,has realized the historical leap and scored historic achievements.As the policy of "two children" the promulgation and implementation of the full liberalization and a series of positive policy preschool education career ushered in the historic chance of spanning development,preschool education practitioners cheered and excited.Kindergarten as bearing the weight of the important carrier of early childhood education,stood in the new era,new starting point,ushered in the new development opportunity.Opportunities,of course,there are challenges.In the context of the reform of college logistics,S kindergarten as a established more than 60 years of the university college affiliated kindergarten,is facing from the high-end private kindergartens,universality private kindergarten,as well as other outstanding kindergarten,such as various types on management is facing many challenges.Based on kindergarten overall situation in our country on the basis of fully understanding,according to S kindergarten internal and external environment,first of all,the methods of macro environment analysis,competitive environment analysis,analyzes the external environment of S kindergarten,and through the literature,case analysis and comparative analysis methods,the kindergarten's internal resources and capacity were analyzed and evaluated.Secondly by SWOT analysis model,the kindergarten's internal competitiveness combined with external environmental analysis,with reference to the external opportunities and threats,to balance the internal advantage and disadvantage.Again,by defining S kindergarten development orientation and target,combined with S advantages and disadvantages of the internal and external environment of kindergarten put forward the solutions and the opportunities and threats.Finally,in combination with the practical situation of S kindergarten,to operate the program planning,establish the corresponding security measures to ensure S kindergartens operate in the future can be more robust.This paper attempts to modern management theories and preschool education institutions,the combination of the modern management theory in the concrete practice of the kindergarten do benefit and public welfare,further improve the quality of preschool education,and also hope to provide reference for other similar kindergarten.
