Now business administration graduates generally face the jobs crisis, the main reason isthat college graduates can’t meet the business needs for talent raining out of touch withbusiness needs. As the economic environment changes with the society and enterprisedemands for talents quietly changing, the society and enterprise require training direction,teaching system and abilities of graduates of colleges and universities to adapt to thecurrent and future needs of talents. Therefore, in view of the needs to foster men forundergraduate business administration of universities in JiangSu more effectively, thispaper, on the basis of referring to a large number of literature, from four dimensions ofprofessional niche of business administration of Jiangsu university point of view which areeducation system and environment, professional education resources, academic andteaching standards and environmental resources controlled by professional, firstly, carriedon the questionnaire survey about trends and personal demands of business administrationundergraduate education in Jiangsu, and problems which were confronted by businessadministration undergraduate education were analysed from the aspects of supply anddemand. Secondly, according to the enterprise’s requirements for abilities and qualities ofbusiness management professional under the new environment, using the methord of BEIinterview and questionnaire design, competence demand model of Jiangsu enterprise forbusiness administration specialized personnel was constructed by the factor analysis withthe support of SPSS13.0and DPS (Data Processing System). Thirdly, undergraduateteaching system between China and the United States was compared and analyzed. Finally,this paper put forward the new mode and cultivation advices to build businessadministration system of undergraduate teaching of Jiangsu’s university and took businessadministration undergraduate teaching system of Jiangsu university of Science andTechnology for case analysis on the basis of principle of ecological niche anddifferentiation analysis from different aspects, such as cultivating objectives, curriculumsystem, classroom teaching and practice teaching. In this case, the study and results canprovide the beneficial reference for universities to carry out the teaching research.
