The free normal students in local normal colleges have developed into a special group,which has gradually become an important force to deepen the reform of education and teaching in normal universities,optimize the group structure of primary and secondary school teachers,and innovate the supplementary mechanism for rural teachers,fundamentally improve the overall quality of teachers.Through the research on the teachers' role consciousness of the free normal college students in the local normal universities,it can strengthen the free normal students' willingness to follow the teaching to a great extent,and indirectly act on their teaching level,so as to achieve the goal of cultivating qualified teachers for the future.Based on the theory of teachers' role,this study collects,arranges and analyzes the existing literature on the basis of previous studies,and determines the role consciousness of local free teachers' students as three dimensions:teachers' role cognition,teachers' role expectation,and teachers' role emotion.There are three dimensions of teacher's role and emotion,By compiling the questionnaire on the teachers' role consciousness and influencing factors of the free normal college students in local normal universities,the present situation and the influencing factors of the teachers' role consciousness level of the freshmen to senior students in S University were investigated.The research mainly analyzes the general situation of the formation of teachers' role consciousness of free normal students in S University and the differences of teachers' role consciousness in sex,only child,grade,student origin and so on.This paper explores the internal and external factors influencing the formation of teachers' role consciousness of free normal students in S University.Finally,from the individual,family,school and social aspects,it provides some useful suggestions for the training of free normal students in local normal colleges.The study shows that there is no significant difference in teachers' role cognition and teacher's role emotion between local free normal school students and teachers' role expectation,and male students' teacher role expectation level is lower than that of female students.There is no significant difference between teachers' role cognition and teachers' role emotion in whether they are only children,and there is significant difference in teachers' role expectation,and the level of teachers' role expectation of only child is obviously lower than that of non-only child.In terms of grade,there is no significant difference in the social role of teachers among the local free normal students,but there are significant differences in the items of self-expectation,teachers' teaching level expectation,teaching school expectation,teachers' professional emotion and so on.There is no significant difference in the three dimensions of teacher's role consciousness in major category,student origin and family income,among which there is no significant difference among the three dimensions.The teacher role consciousness of the free normal college students is influenced by the students' personal,family,college and society.In terms of students' personal factors,including interest,motivation,personality,personal ability and ways for students to know the teacher's role personally;in terms of family factors,including the satisfaction of the free normal students' families to the teacher's profession;in terms of the school factors,including universities' curriculum,the teaching level of teachers,the attention of school leaders to the of free normal students,and the practice of education,in terms of social factors,including social acceptance of free normal school students and social acceptance of primary and secondary school teachers.Finally,according to the relevant policy planning and the questionnaire survey and interview results,the suggestions on how to strengthen the teachers' role consciousness of local free normal students are put forward from four aspects: individuals should cultivate their interests and hobbies related to teachers' profession,improve their professional level,and plan their professional career rationally;students' families should encourage and help students to set up correct vocational values;colleges and universities can perfect the curriculum,attachimportance to the employment guidance and educational practice for free normal students;society should improve teachers' social status teachers' role cognition and carry out employment management by means of public opinion.
