Since the state promulgated and implemented the free education policy for normal university students in 2007,the identification of free normal university students with teachers’ career has become the focus of attention.Teachers’ professional identity of free normal university students directly affects whether they can become an excellent teacher in the future.In recent years,through investigation,observation and interview,it has been found that students’ choice of applying for free normal university students does not fully represent their identification with teachers’ career.Due to the particularity of the policy content,the social school environment and other objective reasons,as well as the subjective reasons of individual free normal university students,the development of their professional identity has undergone periodic changes.The dimension composition of free normal university students’ professional identity,the law of development and change in different grades,the existing problems and the causes are all worthy of our investigation.On the basis of sorting out relevant literature at home and abroad,and based on the analysis of the dimensions of professional identity and relevant theories,this study initially constructed a theoretical model of professional identity for free normal university students.According to the concept of theoretical model,a questionnaire on the professional identity of free normal university students was compiled to conduct a preliminary survey.Exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis were carried out on the preliminary test results.After the final modification,a formal questionnaire for the professional identity of teachers of normal university students was formed.With this as a measurement tool,a free normal university student from a normal university in jilin province was selected as the survey object,and 445 valid questionnaires were eliminated.This paper mainly describes the overall professional identity of teachers of free normal university students and its development in various dimensions.Taking the grade as the horizontal axis,it describes the overall development and changing rules of the professional identity of free normal university students and teachers in various dimensions.Summarize the development trend of different types of free normal university students.At the same time,combined with the interviews to understand the causes,to find out the free normal university students teachers professional identity problems,and put forward targeted Suggestions.The results are as follows:(1)The questionnaire has good reliability and structural validity.(2)According to the internal function relation diagram of occupational identity,occupational cognition and occupational emotion are greatly affected by occupational expectation,while occupational behavior is greatly affected by occupational emotion and occupational expectation.(3)According to the distribution map of four dimensions of career identity of free normal university students,occupational cognition and career expectation are at a good level of development,followed by occupational behavior and poor level of occupational emotion.(4)According to the overall career identity of teachers of free normal university and the development curve of each dimension,the development trend of career identity varies from grade to grade.By combing the research results,four conclusions are finally formed in this study:(1)The overall development level of career identity of free normal university students shows a trend of"high-down-down-down-up-upward",with the highest average expectation of teachers and the lowest average emotion of teachers.(2)There are differences between different types of free normal university students in their professional identity and various dimensions(3)All dimensions of free normal university students’ professional identity are interdependent with different degrees of influence.Occupational expectation is the basis of other dimensions and has a great influence on cognition,emotion and behavior.(4)Teaching motivation,curriculum culture and environmental support are the key factors influencing the career identity of free normal university students.The factors of practical activities have a poor influence on the vocational cognition and expectation of free normal university students.Based on the above conclusion,the paper puts forward five Suggestions:(1)Improve the students’ free education policy,local colleges and universities and higher normal colleges and universities intensify propaganda(2)The higher normal colleges and universities free normal ethics construction as the core,strengthen the invisible education training(3)Strengthen the free normal education in normal colleges,perfecting the course system of free normal.(4)Encourage education in normal colleges and universities,and strengthen the learning of professional knowledge and skills for normal university students free of charge.(5)Individuals should play their decisive role to achieve correct positioning and clear career planning...
