A Study On The Dilemma Of Teacher Troop Construction In Preschool Education Specialty In The Secondary Vocational School Of Z City Guizhou Province

As our country has made large effort on developing vocational education,the preschool education in secondary vocational schools has got unprecedented progress.Despite the rapid development of the preschool education,the quality of teachers in the preschool education system is a still a matter of considerable concern.The subjects of this study are comprised of the preschool education teachers,the directors of preschool education programs,and the directors of Human Resources(HR)Management.All of the subjects come from five selected secondary vocational schools in City Z.The data are collected through surveys and interviews.This study found three main issues regarding the construction of quality teachers' teams in preschool education filed of secondary vocational schools.First,the regulation of certifying “double teachers” needs improvement.Second,the structure of preschool education teachers is not fair.Third,a large majority of teachers are not proactive and efficient at work.Meanwhile,this study also concluded the causes to these three issues.That is,there is no universal regulation instructing how to certify “double teachers”;the schools lack a systematic top-down view while structing the team of preschool education teachers;the evaluation and reward systems are not reasonable.Based on our observation and analysis,this paper proposed three suggestions in order to optimize the team structure of preschool education teachers in secondary vocational schools.First,revise the regulation of certifying “double teachers”.Second,scientifically structure the team of preschool education teachers from a top-down perspective.Third,construct a better reward system to optimize the management.
