Mathematics reading is a basic skill of mathematics learning, and it is of great significance to study the influence factors of mathematics reading to improve students' reading level and learning efficiency.Studies have shown that the factors that affect the reading of mathematics include individual CPFS structure, reading self-monitoring and mathematical language and so on.Mathematics reading is inseparable from the reading of question information, which is closely related to the understanding and deep processing of concepts in question information. Therefore,it is very important to study the influence of question representation on mathematics reading.Based on the research of related literature about mathematics reading and problem representation, this study compiled the questionnaire of structural factors of mathematics reading ability according to the essence of mathematics reading and general characteristics of reading. The senior high school students' mathematics reading ability test paper is compiled from the results of the questionnaire. At the same time, according to the concept definition of question representation, refer to Yu ping's question representation test questions to prepare the high school students' mathematics question representation test papers.Based on the analysis of the data, the influence of problem representation on mathematical reading is studied, and the following conclusions are drawn:(1)There is a significant positive correlation between mathematical problem representation and mathematical reading;(2)There is a significant difference in mathematics reading scores between different mathematics problem representation groups at the level of 0.01,that is,thehigher the problem representation level, the better the mathematics reading scores. The difference of students' average scores in mathematics reading between middle and low groups is larger.(3)There is a significant difference in the level of representation of mathematical problems between the students of different mathematics reading groups, that is,the higher the level of mathematics reading, the better the performance of representation of mathematical problems. The difference of students' mathematics problems between middle and low groups in mathematics reading is larger.(4)Mathematical problem representation has a direct impact on mathematical reading,so we can improve students' ability of problem representation, and then promote students' mathematical reading. Finally, the teaching strategies of improving problem representation and promoting mathematics reading are put forward:(1)Pay attention to the extraction of hidden information;(2)Reasonable construction of problem schema;(3)Appropriate use of graphic representation;(4)Training problem information conversion.
