The trend of informatization education reform has involved various disciplines.In terms of physical education in colleges and universities,teachers are required not only to improve their informatization teaching abilities,but also to apply classroom reforms to students' practical learning.They must not only play a leading role for teachers,but also Reflect the student's subjective teaching effect.There are some deficiencies in traditional university gymnastics classroom teaching mode.For example,due to limited class time,students can't form a complete action representation concept for regulating gymnastic technical movements.Teachers have limited energy and cannot fully understand every student's technical movements.At the same time,teachers' teaching evaluation methods are relatively simple.In view of the deficiencies in the traditional gymnastics classroom teaching model,this study applies the blended learning model to the Gymnastics Classroom and uses the Superstar Learning App as a teaching platform to construct a hybrid learning model of the Gymnastics curriculum.In the class of 2015 gymnastics students.The hybrid learning mode built on the platform of Superstar Learning is a combination of on-line and off-line teaching modes,which is to combine the advantages of Superstar Learning App with the advantages of traditional gymnastics teaching mode to improve gymnastics.Classroom teaching effect.This research mainly uses the literature data method,the observation method,the logic analysis method,the questionnaire survey method,the mathematical statistics method to carry on the application research of the mixed learning mode.After a semester of teaching application research,the hybrid learning design of the Superstar Learning App platform has played a crucial role in the development of the Gymnastics course and has become an innovative teaching model for improving the effect of gymnastics classroom teaching.It provides theoretical reference and practical significance forthe implementation of the blended learning model in college sports teaching.For 2015 students who specialize in gymnastics,through the application of a mixed-learning model for one semester,the improvement of teacher teaching effectiveness and student learning results is mainly reflected in the following aspects:(1)Blended learning makes students have a great interest in this new teaching model.Through the same test before and after the test,the students' interest in the initial interest in blended learning is changed to very late.Interestingly,it shows that the application of blended learning shows a positive effect on students.The concrete expression is that the blended learning improves students' self-study ability under the class,and they grasp the gymnastic technique more quickly and firmly.At the same time,the exchanges and communication between teachers and students have been strengthened,making it difficult for students to encounter technical movements to solve their own confusion through online video playback in the Learning App.Blended learning gives full play to the subjectivity of students and mobilizes the enthusiasm of students to learn.Students are very interested in the integration of blended learning and gymnastics teaching.(2)Blended learning improves teachers' teaching effectiveness and can successfully complete the teaching goal of gymnastics courses.Compared with the traditional classroom teaching model,the teachers in the mixed teaching model embody more of a dominant role,linking the class to the lesson,reducing the time spent on demonstration in the class,and more often solving the problems of the students.Heavy and difficult technology.The on-line scoring of students' homework online makes the teacher's office more convenient,reduces the workload of teachers,and at the same time improves the teacher's teaching effectiveness.(3)The superstar learning APP in the hybrid learning mode has a powerful function and plays an important role as a medium for learning gymnastics techniques.Learning notifications,online submissions,on-line corrections,on-line gymnastics technical action video playback,and online assessments in the Learning App have provided great help for students in learning gymnastics.This makes students feel the advantages brought by the blended learning teaching mode compared with the traditional teaching mode.It not only grasps the technical movements that should be learned in the gymnastics class,but alsofurther expands their understanding of gymnastic knowledge forewords.(4)Blended learning model applied to the "gymnastic" course compared with the traditional gymnastics teaching model to improve the classroom teaching effect.In the early stage,through the construction of a hybrid teaching model,it was integrated into the gymnastics curriculum.Through the questionnaire before and after the test,students' acceptance of the mixed teaching model is very high.In the mixed teaching mode and the traditional teaching mode,two comprehensive gymnastics course students' comprehensive test results were compared and analyzed.The data showed that the mixed teaching effect was compared with the traditional teaching effect,and the mixed learning teaching mode could effectively improve the gymnastics classroom
