With the continuous development of sports events in our country,the dance cheerleading sports have been widely promoted.In order to make up for the deficiency of physical education in our country,we can improve the teaching quality,enrich the school culture and enrich the teaching theory of dance cheerleading.It provides a solid basis for improving the physical health of college students.With the development of sports events in our country,the dance cheerleading movement has been popularized widely.The dance cheerleading movement has been popularized and popularized quickly on campus to make up for the deficiency of physical education in our country at present,and to improve the teaching quality,enrich the school culture,enrich the teaching theory of dance cheerleading exercise,provide a solid basis for improving the physical health of college students,and make a comparison with the physical fitness of dance elements of the first year students of Shanxi Normal University.And further reform dance cheerleading teaching methods and dance cheerleading promotion.Through research and analysis,the following conclusions have been drawn:1.After a 16-week dance cheerleading exercise intervention,the body composition of female college students significantly improved,mainly in waist-to-hip ratio,BMI index,body fat content and body mass percentage,and fat-free body weight in lower extremities.The p-value was less than 1.0.05 or 0.01,there is a significant difference or a very significant difference.The three indicators of total body water content,basal metabolic rate,and total energy consumption were compared before and after the experiment.The p-value was greater than 0.05,and there was no significant difference,but they all changed from before the experiment.Dance cheerleading has a significant role in reducing obesity,improving body shape,reducing excess body fat,and shaping body lines.2 After a 16-week dance cheerleading exercise intervention,dance cheerleading exercise intervention has significantly improved the physical quality of female college students.Performance on the waist muscle endurance,sensitivity,explosiveness,flexibility,speed,p value of less than 0.05 or 0.01,there are significant differences or very significant differences.3 After a 16-week dance cheerleading exercise intervention,dance cheerleading exercise intervention significantly increased the rhythm of female college students.There was a significant difference in p-value less than 0.05.Through the influence of subtle music rhythm,to improve students' sense of rhythm.It has a significant effect on improving interest in learning and improving teaching quality.
