Youth is.the hope of the future of the motherland,related to the future prosperity and development of the country,so the health of youth is very important.At present,the indicators of physical quality of primary school students are in a state of continuous decline,and there are still big problems in physical health.Physical exercise can enhance the physical quality of pupils and promote the balanced development of pupils' body composition.Pom cheerleading is developing rapidly in China.It is popular among primary school students because of its lively,enthusiastic and cheerful characteristics.Based on the existing research results,this experiment explores the influence of cheerleading training on the body composition and physical quality of primary school students,so as to provide theoretical basis for improving the physical health level of teenagers in China and promoting the further development of cheerleading in primary schools.In this paper,the effects of cheerleading training on the physical quality and body composition of primary school students were studied.60 girls in grade 4 and grade 5 of yangzhou new Oriental foreign language school received 12-week training in cheerleading by means of literature review,mathematical statistics,experiment,test and logical analysis.The following results were obtained:(1)The experimental results show that Pom cheerleading exercises can effectively promote the physical quality of primary school students,so that the growth of students in the growth and development of fat growth can be reasonable control;It is suggested to add the element of Pom cheerleading in the regular PE class to enrich the students' class content and promote their physical health.(2)As can be seen from the experimental results,the results of exercise intervention in different grades are also different.The characteristics of the growth and development of students should be fully considered,and the amount and intensity of training should be scientifically and reasonably arranged,so that the body composition of each grade,(3)The training of Pom cheerleading effectively controlled the increase of sebum thickness of girls in the fourth and fifth grade,and the sebum thickness of girls in the fifth grade showed a decreasing trend,but there was no significant difference.The sebum thickness of girls in the fourth and fifth grade-control groups increased significantly.(4)After 12 weeks of cheerleading training,the improvement range of various indicators in the fourth grade girls' physical fitness,the decrease range of body fat in the body composition,the increase range of fat removal weight,and the increase range of sebum thickness in the arm,abdomen and thigh were all greater than that in the fifth gradeAccording to the results put forward the following Suggestions:(1)The age and physical health of the students should be taken into full consideration in the selection of the training.Seize the sensitive period of students' physical quality,reasonably arrange the classroom content and load,develop students' physical quality comprehensively,and meet the needs of students' physical quality in each stage.(2)In the training of pom cheerleading,we should fully consider the characteristics of students' growth and development,scientifically and reasonably arrange the amount and intensity of training,so that the proportion of body components can be balanced development,so as to make the proportion of students' body components more reasonable.(3)Schools should strongly support students to participate in various club activities,strengthen the importance of cheerleading,establish cheerleading teams,increase students'stage and competition experience,so that students can not only get exercise but also enhance their self-confidence.(4)Physical quality and body composition will change to different degrees with the growth of age.It is suggested that the follow-up research can extend the intervention time and increase the number of intervention people,add male students for observation.It is suggested that a number of different intensity routines should be set in the routine of pom cheerleading for learning.
