A Study On The Evaluation Project Of Improving Employment Quality Of College Students In A Local University

At present,there are 7.95 million graduates in 2017,and the employment pressure of coll ege graduates is huge.The continuous increase of college enrollment is one of the main reaso ns for the current "employment difficulties".The national strategy of "rejuvenating the countr y with science and education" and "the great power of talents" is also sufficient to show that t he development of education is related to the development and prosperity of the country.How ever,in recent years,the series of problems such as difficult employment and low quality of c ollege graduates are becoming more and more prominent,and the overall situation is not satisf actory to the people,which seriously hinders the implementation of the national strategy.Visi ble,the thorough research of the university graduates employment quality problems,can not o nly improve graduates themselves and family happiness,and promote the strategy of "employ ment priority",more conducive to "promote achieve higher quality of employment.Colleges and universities also lack a set of effective scientific management mode in improving employment quality.A new mode to build the employment quality improvement,and makes the employment quality can improve management is more practical,scientific nature and effectiveness,solve employment quality improvement for further due to poor management of many problems,I am a college graduate in widely conducted questionnaire survey activities,through collection and analysis of the survey data is deeper analysis of the existing management mode in a university.Then through to the 2016 graduates employment quality improvement using project management approach to management,to construct the employment quality improvement project management model,and the factors affecting the employment quality improvement management carries on the analysis.Innovation point of this article is to promote project management into the employment quality of management,from the aspects of theory analysis of the feasibility of applying project management methods and the significance of value,from the aspects of practical use to build a set of feasible management pattern,form effective quality improvement project management mechanism of employment.In this paper,in-depth analysis of the use of project management in the process of employment quality management method of related issues,and through the quality of a university employment promotion realmanagement to summarize and improve research results,through the theory and case study,this paper an effective quality improvement project management idea and the basic framework of employment,the employment quality management to provide reference for other colleges and universities,and at the same time,improve the quality of employment promotion of project management.management.Through the analysis of the research results,it is suggested that the college students develop their own abilities from the aspects of professional skills,practical activities and the improvement of social resources.Finally,it has become a professional talent suitable f or social development.Moreover,from the undergraduate level,it is necessary to make career planning as soon as possible,and the school level should also continuously increase the traini ng of career planning.The enterprise should strengthen the staff management method,in orde r to ensure the employee satisfaction,the establishment of a good corporate culture and the est ablishment of a reasonable pay and performance system.
