With the advent of life-long learning society, citizen's level of education has become a major factor in promoting social development. China is country with a large population and lack of educational resources and uneven distribution, weak economic foundation, the weak basis with the development of the society and information technology , the traditional face to face teaching can not fully meet the community's development needs, and can not meet people's expanding their own knowledge needs. In the context of such a society Distance education grows up, It combines traditional education and modern information technology, making people's learning from the shackles of time and space, people can achieve anytime, anywhere learning in order to meet their needs, which will enhance the positivism and enthusiasm of learning and are conducive to expand people's knowledge, get professional development and capacity-building. In these years, although distance education has made gratifying achievements, there were many problems to be solved. Space-time separation is the biggest advantage of distance education, but also is the biggest factor of hinder the development of distance education, Space-time separation reduces the spatial and temporal separation of real-time interaction and feedback timeliness, thereby increasing the efficiency of distance education and quality of interaction has become an important development for distance education initiatives. Video-conferencing because of its highly efficient video and audio interaction in distance education has become an important application, and has been rapidly spread in all walks of life.This paper introduces the topics of the background and significance, research methods and content and analyses detailed of theoretical basis of the video conferencing systems. On the basis of theoretical study, the author bases on the video conference case between the Northeast Normal University and Institute of Media and Okayama University of Science to analyze factors which impact the quality of distance education interaction. The author interview participants of China and Japan by QQ and Email, and analyze systematically and comprehensively the interview content from the device, language, environmental points .get the results derived from the analysis of the impact of interactive video conferencing quality factor, and on this basis, the author gets some enlightenment to improve the quality of distance educationThis feature is on account of video conference case and get the factors which affects the quality of the interactive video conferencing system from the analysis of the launching process of the video conferencing systems. An investigation concluded that: the impact of factors of quality interactive video conference is divided into six areas: Participants'language problems, participants'professional factors, participants'the video conferencing experience, participants'the attitudes of attending video conferencing, used video conferencing equipment and the form of. video conferencing communication .In the End of this article, The author get some inspiration to improving the quality of remote interactive from the interaction, interactive media and interactive strategies because of these six factors.
