Action skill target is one of the three areas in education target classification and an important aspect of talent development.The study of occupational education action skill training is the promotion of occupational skill training in vocational colleges and the supplement of occupational education theory.On the basis of in-depth theoretical study and research on education target taxonomy movement skill field and related research,the connotation of movement skill goal in general and movement skill goal on professional education is discussed.Conduct in-depth education teaching practice,investigate and research,carefully consider and analyze,and clarify the important role of action skill training in vocational education.Define the core position of the target of motor skills in the teaching activities of education,explain the relationship between the target of motor skills and other teaching objectives,and clarify the cornerstone and fruit roles of the target of motor skills in vocational education.The reflects on the performance of the training of professional education motor skill,points out the problems in the design,content selection,implementation and evaluation of the motor skill goal,and analyzes the reasons for the problems in the training of professional education.Finally put forward the strategy that promotes the implementation of skill goal in the teaching of the vocational education is:to determine the action skills goal in teaching of vocational education core positioning,accurately grasp the skill content selection standard of vocational education,adopting diversified means of the implementation of the professional skill education goal,adopt diversified evaluation measures of professional skill education target.The significance of this study is embodied in:first,the action skills as the core aim of vocational and technical education can better to provide meaningful content and direction of vocational education teaching strategies,is helpful to improve vocational education teaching ways,optimize vocational education personnel training strategy,can more effectively evaluate students' learning effects and the quality and level of vocational education personnel training,and conducive to the cultivation of creative talents and explore. Second,helpful to raise the vocational education teacher troop.It is a theoretical perfection to establish the core positioning recognition and corresponding strategies and methods in the professional education,which is also helpful for the establishment training of teachers in normal colleges or normal universities.Third,Develop and improve the professional education theory system.To establish the core positioning of action skill goals in career education can establish the unique status of occupational education as an independent education form in the development of talents from an pedagogical perspective,which is convenient for in-depth research on it as the research object of education.
