Research On The Influence Of TV Variety Program On College Students’ Life Values

Nowadays,with the rapid development of the TV culture industry,more and more TV variety shows have emerged,which impact the values of contemporary college students.As we all know,Excellent TV variety shows can broaden the new horizons of college students’ understanding of life values,inspire them to pursue reasonable life value goals,guide them to use correct life value means,and help them form good life value evaluation criteria.However,due to the negative factors from our society,the lack of self-discipline of some TV media,the deficiencies of college education and the differences among the college students,some programs develop in an inactive and unhealthy way,which breeds some bad ideas.As a result,some college students’ life value cognition has been distorted,and the value of life has gradually become utilitarian.Furthermore,the means of life value has become irritable,and the evaluation standard of life value has been one-sided.These hinders college students from forming good values of life.Therefore,the following measures should be taken: First,it is necessary to optimize the top-level design of the cultivation of college students’ life values,adhere to the core socialist values,and improve the corresponding laws,regulations and policies;Second,standardize the actual operation of TV variety shows,implement the purification system of TV variety shows,and build up an evaluation system of TV variety shows.Thirdly,the discipline of TV variety shows should be strengthened.The production of program contents should be based on the correct guidance of public opinion.At the same time,the professional quality of media practitioners should be improved.Fourth,enhance the ability of colleges and universities to cultivate college students’ values of live,integrate TV media literacy education into the educational content,pay more attention to implicit education,and provide a platform jointly built by colleges and television stations on the educational channels.Fifth,to stimulate the potential of college students’ self-education,we should cultivate their ability to distinguish what is right and what is wrong,andimprove their sense of political theory.
