Thanks to the rapid development of information technology,Internet technology and communication technology in the 21st century,modern distance education has also been greatly developed.In China,network education learners are mainly adult education with complex source of students.There are great differences in individual characteristics,learning needs,learning motivation and initial level of learning.At the same time,the current network education teaching tends to be homogeneous design,ignoring the differences of individual characteristics and needs of learners,which is not conducive to teaching students in accordance with their aptitude and affects the effect of network education.Therefore,thr'ough the data accumulated by the network education learning platform of Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications,this study has done a related resear-ch on the differences of studentsl'leaining behavior.Firstly,through literature and comparative research methods,this paper analyses the current resear-ch status of online learners' learning behavior differentiation,and summarizes its deficiencies.Then combing with the current research and analysis model of learner differentiation,this paper combs and designs a learning behavior differentiation analysis model suitable for network education learners of Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications.Then,SPSS23.0 is used to analyze the significance of differentiating learners' learning behavior differences based on demographic characteristics;K-means clustering algorithm is optimized,and the data of learning behavior are clustered relatively accurately through this algorithm.Four groups of learners are obtained:inward field independence,inward field dependence,outward field independence and outward field dependence.Finally,this paper explores and analyses the causes of the differences in learners' learning behavior,and puts forward some reasonable suggestions for online education and teaching.The results show that there are significant differences in learning behavior among learners of different genders,ages,educational l evel s and academic backgrounds.The order of learning effects of the four types of learners is:outward-field-dependent,inward-field-dependent,outward-field-independent and inward-field-independent.In view of the research results and shortcomings,some suggestions are put forward as follows:designing curriculum content according to gender and age,providing communication and assistance mechanism for learners of different academic levels and different subject backgrounds;adopting heterogeneous grouping for learners of different learning types,forming cooperative inquiry learning,forming a learning community with complementary advantages and flexible application.The resear-ch clarifies the current situation of the study of online education learners' behavior,and constructs a model of differentiated analysis of online education learners' learning behavior.In addition,the study also explores the differences of online learners' learning behavior from both individual and group aspects,which provides a practical basis for differentiated teaching and a theoretical basis for subsequent related research.
