With the continuous development of modern distance education,research on the evaluation model and method of management service level for off-campus learning centers has received increasing attention.At present,the evaluation of off-campus learning centers in China mainly relies on traditional assessment systems,and there is little research on the use of the student achievement as an indicator to assess management level.This paper applies data from network education students' scores of continuing education department in a certain university in the various subjects and evaluation results in each course,using entropy-TOPSIS method,grey relational degree,fuzzy clustering analysis,evaluates and studies off-campus learning centers from different perspectives,and draws the most reasonable evaluation methods from them,to provide a certain basis for evaluating the level of teaching management and improving management services of off-campus learning centers.In this paper,we have done two main tasks to evaluate the management service level of the off-campus learning center for student achievement data:(1)Select the representative data samples of the off-campus learning center through data preprocessing,and apply the entropy weight TOPSIS model,which is a statistical method combining the entropy weighting method and the TOPSIS method,to evaluate and rank the off-campus learning center based on student achievement,and carry on the result analysis;At the same time on the basis of this research,combined with the grey relational degree evaluation index,proposed a grey relational ideal solution method(GC–TOPSIS)based on the combined weights,obtained the grey correlation coefficient,and obtained Relative progress,better to evaluate the service management level of the off-campus learning center.(2)Using the fuzzy clustering analysis model to classify the out-of-school learning centers,and grouping the results can provide a certain basis for verifying the feasibility of the evaluation ranking analysis of the first two models.At the same time,the learning centers with similar levels will be conducted.Clustering is conducive to effective management of college administrators and rational allocation of teaching resources.Finally,based on student achievement data,several commonly used comprehensive evaluation models are proposed in order to more comprehensively analyze reasonable research methods.Among them,three models algorithms are all implemented by MATLAB,and the results of evaluation studies are verified by statistical software SPSS.Through the above analysis,it can be seen that in the evaluation system of the off-campus learning center,the introduction of the student achievement evaluation index plays a certain guiding role in improving the learning support service level of the offcampus learning center.
