In recent years,the new curriculum reform under the guidance of new curriculum standards has put forward new requirements for the standardization of rural history teaching in middle schools.The new curriculum standard clearly points out that the teaching of local history for middle school students has a strong humanistic value,that is,to promote the basic cognitive development of teenagers,as well as the bond between individual and home emotions.Its important significance is to sow the seeds of national feelings for middle school students.Simply put,rural history teaching is an indispensable part of history teaching in middle schools,with distinctive characteristics.It is an important way and means for us to carry out traditional culture education and revolutionary hero achievement education to middle school students and young generation.Therefore,it should be understood that the teaching of local history is by no means dispensable,but a starting point of "telling a good Chinese story".There is no reason to ignore it.On the contrary,special attention should be paid to it.Through the investigation of No.19 Middle School in Shulan City,we find that there are many unsatisfactory problems in the teaching of local history,such as teaching funds,teaching time,hardware support and software support.In a word,there are obvious imbalances and inadequacies in the teaching of local history in middle school,which neither meets the new requirements of the new curriculum standard for the teaching of local history nor meets the needs of the teaching of local history in the new period.Therefore,it is an urgent problem for history teaching in middle schools to carry out teaching research on local history in the new period and gradually change this situation.We believe that the implementation of the new requirements of the new curriculum standards for local history teaching as soon as possible is an important part of the reform of history teaching in the new era.Improving the teaching of local history is a systematic project,which needs the full support of financial and material resources from the higher education bureau and the leaders of the school,as well as the appropriate arrangement of teaching activities.Therefore,from the leaders of educational bureaus and schools to middle school history teachers,we must establish teaching concepts that conform to the characteristics of the new era.The new curriculum reform under the guidance of the new curriculum standards should be carried out in an orderly manner to form new textbooks of local history and strengthen the targeted training of local history teaching teachers.It provides practical teaching hardware and software guarantee for the development of local history teaching,guarantees that local history resources can be fully utilized and brought into play,and gradually improves the effect and quality of local history teaching.
