With the continuous development of economic globalization,the internationalization of higher education has become an inevitable trend of educational reform and development.It is clearly pointed out in the outline of the National medium-and long-term Education Reform and Development Plan(2010-2020).To "improve the level of internationalization of education," by 2020,.The international competitiveness of higher education has been significantly enhanced.Martial arts as the treasure of Chinese culture,its profound culture and fitness value has been gradually recognized and valued.However,with the continuous development of the internationalization of Chinese Wushu,the problem of lack of talents in Wushu internationalization has been gradually exposed.Higher physical Education Colleges and Universities as the cultivation of Wushu Specialty The cradle of talents should shoulder the important task of cultivating international talents of martial arts.The purpose of this study is to provide the corresponding theory and reference for the cultivation of talents with "Wushu internationalization vision",and to provide a certain theoretical basis for promoting the cultivation of Wushu internationalization talents in colleges and universities in China.This article takes the educational internationalization as the background,uses the literature material method,the expert interview method,the questionnaire survey method,the logical analysis method,the data statistics method and so on research method,This paper studies the present situation and countermeasures of Wushu internationalized talents training in 7 physical education colleges and universities in China.According to the reality and needs of the study,this paper mainly focuses on the concept and consciousness of internationalization,student internationalization,curriculum internationalization,teacher internationalization,research internationalization five aspects of investigation and analysis,and draw a conclusion:(1)the school lacks clear international educational idea and consciousness,and the salience of the core curriculum is not strong.Experts have different opinions on the development of internationalization of martial arts education.It can be seen that not all experts agree with and attach importance to internationalization.Among the seven physical education colleges investigated,the Northern Sports,the Upper Sports and the first Sports three colleges and universities have clearly put forward the "international vision" in the training objectives,but they have not been fully reflected in the core curriculum.(2)students have a strong sense of internationalization,but the degree of participation in internationalization is not ideal.Students generally think that theinternationalization of education is very important to themselves,but in practice,because of their foreign language ability,funds,opportunities and places to go abroad and so on,they have not had any academic experience in college.(3)the agreement between school curriculum and education internationalization is not high.Most of the teachers use Chinese when they teach.The proportion of students who have taken foreign languages or bilingualism courses in this major is relatively low except for college English extracurricular courses.And more than half of the students have not yet participated in international exchange activities.(4)Teachers have a strong sense of internationalization,but the equipment of international teachers is still very low.Teachers generally think that the internationalization of education is very important for the cultivation of martial arts internationalized talents,but in fact,a very large number of teachers have never experienced going abroad,and more than half of the teachers have not mastered a foreign language.And can not be proficient in the use of foreign languages for teaching.(5)the school aided teachers' academic exchange abroad is stronger,but the strength of teachers' participation in overseas scientific research cooperation is weak.The number of teachers participating in international scientific research projects and the level of participation in scientific research platforms with overseas cooperation are relatively weak,and the degree of participation is not strong.The countermeasures are as follows:(1)strengthen the idea and consciousness of internationalizing running a school.First of all,schools should establish ties with famous overseas universities and the most developed countries,and constantly draw lessons from the characteristics and successful experiences of the internationalization development of colleges and universities at home and abroad.Secondly,in the process of internationalization of majors,they should integrate into the national strategy.To clarify their own development orientation,we should once again pay attention to the use of Confucius Institutes carried out by China Han Office in various countries to put martial arts projects into it.(2)strengthen the training of international talents of this specialty.On the one hand,we should improve students' English culture,establish a perfect foreign language teaching system,and provide students with more overseas learning opportunities and financial support related to their major.Encourage domestic students to study abroad and participate in various international exchange activities;On the other hand,teachers with foreign affairs activities abroad can take the school enrollment brochure to publicize schools and promote martial arts,increase publicity schools and schools for professional training,and attract more foreign students to study in their own countries.(3)to promote the internationalization of the course of this major.To increase the proportion of teachers' foreign languages and bilingual teaching,to improve the practicability of foreign language courses,to offer courses related to their major taught by foreign teachers,and to offer courses in various foreign languages and multinational cultures.It provides students with rich foreign language materials,introduces foreign excellent teaching methods,and provides students with transnational distance and transnational network courses of the same major abroad.(4)strengthen the training of international teachers in education.We should strengthen the training of teachers who really have an international vision,international communication teaching ability,technical level and other comprehensive literacy,dare to break through traditional ideas,and actively accept advanced teaching methods and training methods in the world.(5)strengthen the academic and scientific research exchanges between teachers and students at home and abroad.Schools should encourage teachers and students to actively participate in academic and scientific research exchanges,which is conducive to mastering the latest research results and frontier developments in the field of martial arts specialty,and should actively cooperate with internationally renowned schools in academic and scientific research.Strengthen its own research internationalization level.
