The purpose of this study is to investigate the characteristics of physical activity level of junior high school students in Shanghai, and to reveal the curriculum environmental factors that affect the level of physical activity in junior high school students' sports classroom. It provides theoretical and data support for the better development of physical education in junior middle school in Shanghai in order to improve the physical activity level of middle school students in physical education,in order to improve their physical health level. This study mainly takes the methods of literature, the questionnaire survey, the observation record and the mathematical statistics, taking the junior middle school in Shanghai as an example. In this study,Actigraph GT3x+ was used to investigate the physical activity level of sports classroom in junior high school students in Shanghai, and 946 effective samples were collected, and the results showed that:1)in the routine teaching of 40 minutes in a class, the average time of static behavior was 22.81 minutes, which accounted for about 57.03% of the whole class time;2)low intensity physical activity time averaged 10.05 minutes, accounting for about 25.13% of the whole class time, while medium and high intensity physical activity time was the lowest,7.14 minutes, accounting for only 17.85% of the whole class time.To further explore the relationship between individual factors(gender, grade,BMI)and high intensity physical activity in physical education classroom, the results show that: the high intensity physical activity time of junior high school students under the influence of gender factors is significantly different(P=0.000<0.05),and the middle intensity physical activity time of male students is higher than that of female students. There is a significant difference in the time of high intensity physical activity in physical education classroom teaching of junior middle school students under the influence of grade factors(p=0.000<0.05),overall in the 7 grade of high-intensity physical activity time is the highest,8 grade second,9 grade minimum;there was no significant difference in high intensity physical activity time between students with different levels of obesity(BMI)(p=0.062>0.05).Based on the above results, the influence of physical education classroom teaching environment on high intensity physical activity in junior middle school students in Shanghai was investigated by questionnaire. The physical education classroom teaching environment is summed up as the natural environment, the site equipment environment, the space-time environment, the organizational environment, the psychological environment, the interpersonal environment.Data was calculated by SPSS23.0,using multi-layer linear regression to analyze the influence of physical Education classroom teaching environment on high intensity physical activity controlling for gender and grade in Shanghai Junior Middle school students ' sports classroom. The results suggests that: 1)natural environment, site equipment environment,space-time environment, psychological environment, interpersonal environment and the organizational environment has an impact on the physical activity level of students ' physical education classroom, and the temperature in the natural environment is the main factor;2)the site area and the quantity of equipment in the field equipment environment are the main influencing factors;3)the location of classes in the space-time environment is the main influencing factor;4)the relationship between Chinese and student in the psychological environment is the main influencing factor;5)the grouping form in the organizational environment is the main influencing factor.
