According to the latest report on nutrition and chronic diseases of Chinese residents released by the national health commission, the regular exercise rate of residents aged 20-69 is only 18.7 percent, and the static lifestyle has become a common phenomenon in society.Moderate-to-vigorous Physical Activity(MVPA)is an important way to improve the Physical health of residents.Among them,Park is an important place for urban residents to do activities in their spare time, and the Park users generate more moderate-to-vigorous Physical Activity(P-MVPA).The purpose of this study is to understand the status quo of the built environment of urban parks and the physical activity of users, explore the relationship between the two,and analyze the factors of the built environment that affect the physical activity of users. Thus, some Suggestions are provided for the intervention measures of physical activity of users at the park level. This research uses literature data method, questionnaire survey method, interview method, and mathematical statistics method to investigate the differences in participation of physical activities of users of different genders, age groups, and educational backgrounds. The relationship between the environment and physical activity and the main factors that affect it.The results of this study show that:(1)Male users are higher than females in Yangpu District Park.Users aged 60 and above account for a relatively high proportion of 70.8%,and their education level is mostly junior high school.(2)Yangpu District park users have a high level of physical activity. The average MVPA time is 638.52 minutes / week, reaching the amount of physical activity recommended by the World Health Organization.Among them, the weekly P-MVPA time accounts for 41.71%.Women's MVPA and P-MVPA time are higher than men's,and there are significant differences in MVPA time;MVPA and P-MVPA time show an increasing trend in three age groups(low to high),physical activity and education level Basically proportional.(3)The overall score of the built environment of urban parks is average and needs further improvement.Compare the satisfaction scores in 5 dimensions: accessibility>environmental safety> road design> aestheticity> supporting facilities.(4)The built environment of the city park has a significant impact on the user's MVPA and P-MVPA time.Environmental safety and aesthetics have a significant impact on MVPA time;supporting facilities and environmental safety have a significant impact on P-MVPA time.(5)Accessibility has a significant impact on P-MVPA time for men and women, and supporting facilities and environmental safety have a significant effect on MVPA and P-MVPA time for women.(6)Environmental safety has a significant impact on the MVPA,P-MVPA time of users aged 45-59,60 years and over, and supporting facilities, aesthetics and accessibility have a significant impact on P-MVPA time of 60 years and over. This study draws the following conclusions:(1)In general, male users in Yangpu District parks are higher than females, mainly in elderly groups, and most of them are junior high schools.(2)The level of physical activity of park users is relatively high, all reaching the amount recommended by the World Health Organization,of which park physical activity accounts for a large proportion.(3)The perception score of the satisfaction level of the built environment of urban parks is average, and the aesthetics and supporting facilities need to be further optimized and improved.(4)The built environment of urban parks has a significant impact on users' MVPA and P-MVPA,and environmental safety is an important influencing factor.
