Teenagers in junior high school are generally prone to rebellious psychology.Negative rebellious psychology will affect students' cultural performance and cause harm to students' physical and mental health.Since the 20 th century,many researchers have found that physical activity can improve mental function,improve bad mood and promote mental health.In addition,the theory of social support interaction states that physical activity can improve an individual's state of mind through positive social interaction,thus alleviating an individual's Reverse psychology level.Therefore,based on the mechanism of physical activity and social support,this research reveals the specific mediating effect of social support in the relationship between physical activity and rebellious mentality of students from the levels of mental support,material support,and support usage.Provides a new theoretical basis for the development of mental health education and the experimental intervention research related to rebellious psychology,and also provides guidance for the practice of mental health education for middle school studentsThis study is based on a literature review of physical activity,social support,and Reverse psychology,from which useful information can be obtained.This study took junior high school students as the research object,adopted a sampling method combining stratification and random sampling,and obtained 1136 samples from 10 middle schools in Chenzhou City.After data collection,this article uses analysis tools such as SPSS and AMOS to test the degree of application of the data,and further through Pearson correlation analysis,to the analysis to test the research hypothesis.Through data analysis,the main conclusions are as follows:(1)Junior high school students have a high level of rebellious psychology,a moderately low level of physical activity,and a moderately low level of social support.(2)The rebellious psychology of junior high school students is different at different levels.Among them,the difference at the family residence level is not significant,but the difference at the gender and grade level is very significant.In addition,there were no significant differences in social support and its related sub-dimensions,but there were significant differences in support utilization.Finally,the differences in physical activity of junior high school students are mainly reflected in the level of gender and family residence.(3)Through correlation analysis,there is a significant positive correlation between physical activity and social support;there is a significant negative correlation between physical activity,social support and rebellious psychology.(4)Through unary linear regression,it is found that physical activity can significantly negatively affect the overall level of antagonistic psychology and its three sub-dimensions(emotional response to restrictive choices,antagonistic psychology to others' opinions or suggestions,and resistance to influence from others).(5)The three-dimensional degree of social support plays a partial mediating role between physical activity and antagonistic psychology,that is,physical activity can not only directly affect antagonistic psychology,but also indirectly affect antagonistic psychology through the three levels of social support.Among them,the objectively supported mediation effect is the highest.
