With both the curriculum reform and development of multimedia E-technology,a series of changes have taken place in traditional role of teachers.It has made a great effect on the quality of educating process,which teachers cannot act to choose and adjust their roles.Therefore,Teachers' role adjustment quality,as a technical competency,is in urgent need of being concerned and research.In this paper,we set a junior middle school as objection,investigating it by documentation method,observation method,interview survey and questionnaire survey.Through the investigation of Yanji city junior middle school teachers role adjustment status and its development of the application of the level,and targeted to improve the role of teachers to adapt to the recommendations and countermeasures.According to the investigation of the condition,we draw some conclusion by this paper:(1)The overall average value of the role adjustment ability of junior middle school teachers in Yanji City is 3.324.which is at the general level;the development of the role adjustment ability of teachers can be divided into five stages:rapid adaptation period,gro,wth confusion period,significant rise period,job burnout period and adaptation improvement period;(2)the application level of the development approach of the role adjustment ability of junior middle school teachers in Yanji City is general;the support of teacher role training is relatively good.(3)The role adjustment ability of junior middle school teachers in Yanji City is significantly influenced by teacher role training,teacher role reflection,teacher role evaluation and teacher role practice;(4)Lack of clear criteria for teacher role system,teacher role reflection can not be normalized,and teacher role evaluation is difficult to be objective.Based on the survey results and the analysis of the development approach,this paper proposes the following Suggestions for the existing problems in the role adjustment of teachers:(1)Pay close attention to the development of teachers'role adjustment ability in the second and fourth stages to help teachers pass the period of confusion and job burnout smoothly;(2)schools and relevant training units add courses of teachers' role classification system;(3)schools and relevant training units add courses of teachers'role emotional adjustment;(4)schools should strictly control training units and training content;(5)Teaching Teachers themselves should increase role practice and pay attention to reflection and sharing after practice.
