To realize the unique educational function of school history resources in ideological and political education in colleges and universities,the most important thing is to discuss the resources in the language of college students' ideological and political education.Make clear the relationship between the subject of education and the object of education,individuals and society,and synergies.The full use of school history resources in the ideological and political education of college students is one of the key factors for the effectiveness of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.It can be said that the resources of school history are the important content of ideological and political education,the core link of the construction of campus culture,the characteristic resources of social practice education,and the long-term power of the connotation development of colleges and universities.At the same time,it is feasible to apply school history resources to ideological and political education of college students.In view of this topic has already had certain theoretical achievements,at the same time has the strong and the powerful policy support,at the same time because the school history content comes from the fresh school achievement,very close to the university student life,is convenient for the university student to understand the absorption.In the current practice,the main problems are that colleges and universities attach more importance to data collection than theoretical research,attach more importance to anniversary nodes than daily education,attach more importance to extracurricular activities than daily teaching,and attach more importance to environment layout than connotation mining.Further analysis of the main reasons for this kind of problems can be basically attributed to: colleges and universities ignore the educational function of school history resources,lack of necessary talent and financial support,and the current college history resources carrier presents a single dilemma.Based on the analysis of Wuhan university of science and technology and other universities,the author found the following solutions: The first step is to pay attention to the source of university history resources research,optimize top-level design,focus on improving the organization and management system of university history resources development and utilization,and incorporate it into the overall plan of the university;The second step is to pay close attention to the construction of the research team of school history and carry out the compilation work of school history;he third step is to innovate from the carrier,deeply integrate the school history and culture into the ideological and political education classroom,and at the same time,create a new supporting campus culture environment from three aspects,mainly including the campus humanistic landscape to carry out the school history themed social practice;The fourth step is to further optimize the construction of the school history museum by means of publicity,and at the same time,make full use of the Internet media for communication under the new Internet environment.
