Teaching and management is an important part of the Chinese language course,and both of them are indispensable.Case study method can help Chinese teachers volunteers understand the real classroom and better deal with classroom teaching.The Victory Chinese School in Ulaanbaatar,Mongolia is a private school which mainly teaches Chinese and integrates elementary,junior and senior high schools.From the case study,we can see that the effect of Chinese teaching for children in this school is not obvious,and there are problems in teaching and management.Among them,the Ministry of Education of Mongolia does not allow learning Chinese Pinyin before completing the Mongolian alphabet,children have low interest in Chinese learning,dull imparting knowledge is difficult to accept,and Chinese culture is difficult to teach.There are some problems in the management,such as the disorder of classroom order,the influence of problematic students on normal teaching,and parents' questioning of learning effect.It is found that the causes of these problems are the lack of understanding of local policies by Chinese teachers,insufficient mastery of children's education theory,lack of experience in teaching management,and lack of communication with students' parents.In order to better realize the teaching purpose and achieve good teaching effect,we should improve the contents,methods,means and the formulation of management rules of Chinese teaching for children.It is suggested that Chinese teaching should be adapted to the local teaching environment,adopt various teaching forms to carry out Chinese teaching for children,disseminate Chinese culture in cultural comparison,pay attention to the management of rules-making and acquisition environment,improve teachers' self-management,and strengthen family collaborative management.
