Classroom management is closely related to the success of a class.As a qualified teacher of Chinese as a foreign language,he should not only have solid knowledge of Chinese noumenon and proficient classroom teaching skills,but also have the ability of classroom organization and management.Most of the volunteer teachers in Korean secondary schools are graduate students of Chinese international education or related majors.There are more learning and training of Chinese theoretical knowledge and teaching skills in schools,but there are obvious shortcomings in classroom management experience.This paper mainly takes the case of classroom management in Daegu Seabonli Middle School as the analysis object,investigates the volunteer teachers who teach together with the author in Korea,discusses the current situation of Chinese classroom management in Korean Middle School,and puts forward the author's thinking.The paper is divided into four parts.The first chapter is the introduction,which introduces the importance of classroom management research and the current research situation,defines the meaning and content of "classroom management",and introduces the research methods of the paper.The second chapter introduces the particularity of classroom management in Korean middle schools,explains the collection of classroom management cases in Seabonli Middle School,classifies and counts the collected cases,and explains the design of the questionnaire.The third chapter combines the case of classroom management in Seabonli Middle School and the results of questionnaire.It analyses the problems and reasons of classroom management in Seabonli Middle School from three aspects: classroom environment management,classroom discipline management and classroom teaching management,and then understands the current situation of classroom management in Korean Middle School.Chapter 4,in view of the above problems and reasons,puts forward some thoughts on classroom management in Korean secondary schools: on the one hand,we should correctly handle the relationship between classroom environment and management,between student-centered and teacher-led relationship,and betweenteaching and management;on the other hand,volunteer teachers should also recognize the classroom management in "collaborative teaching" mode and independent teaching mode.The requirements are different.
