| Ecole Active Internationale(E.A.I.)International Kindergarten and the University of Antananarivo in Madagascar have cooperated for four years.It has long-term hired Chinese teachers from the Confucius Institute.The students of this school have been taught in French,English,and Chinese since they were young.With novice Chinese teachers changing every year and the student’s background of multilingual,some classroom management problems have also been exposed.Based on the relevant research results at home and abroad,this article focuses on the Chinese classroom management of the EAI kindergarten in Madagascar.It analyzes the classroom management cases of each class in the kindergarten with the classroom observation method,case analysis method and introspective tracing method.And combined with my own teaching experience and practical situation,some suggestions are put forward.This paper is divided into six parts:Introduction: Reading a large amount of literature,sorting out research related to classroom management,expounding the reasons for choosing the topic from the aspects of research purpose and significance,content and methods,and introducing the Chinese teaching in E.A.I.schools.Chapter 1: Introduced the Chinese teaching in E.A.I.Kindergarten in Mada-gascar.Chapter 2: Classify and analyze the collected classroom management failure cases.By observing the Chinese classroom teaching in E.A.I.kindergarten,recording the typical problems that occurred in the classroom in time,and dividing classroom management cases into two categories according to the triggering subjects: internal and external.Internal factors are mainly due to classroom management problems caused by students and teachers,and external factors are mainly due to classroom management problems caused by teaching content,school management and cultural differences.It analyzes in detail the problems that have not been effectively solved in class,and puts forward some targeted suggestions and strategies through reflection and re-practice after class.Chapter 3: Analyze the impact and reasons of classroom management failure.Disrupting the classroom by students mainly affects their own learning effects,and also reduces the interest of other students in learning,which in turn affects the overall teaching effects.The reason is inseparable from the three major elements of students,teachers and the environment.Chapter 4: Based on the failure cases,it discusses the successful elements of classroom management,and uses the successful cases and their analysis as supplementary evidence.Facing sudden classroom problems,Chinese teachers can respond calmly,change teaching strategies in time,solve sudden problems in the classroom,and ensure the teaching progress and teaching quality.Conclusion: Put forward the conclusions and shortcomings of this research. |
