Case Study On Social Work Intervention In The Transformation Of Traditional Family Roles Of Husband And Wife

Due to the cultural uniqueness of Chinese society,the concept of the family role of husband and wife has a great impact on the division of roles within the family,and on this basis,the family division model of "men in charge of the family,women in charge of the family" has been formed.With the deepening of China's marketization process and the development of gender role concept,the status and role of women in the family have undergone positive and obvious changes,and women may not continue to identify with the traditional family division of labor.Compared with men,women are more likely to get jobs in manufacturing,catering and other industries.However,the dual role allocation is prone to time conflicts,and the traditional division of roles is impacted,which violates the role of women given by traditional social norms.Compared with the patriarchal culture for thousands of years,"role equality" is just like a layer of duckweed on the deep tan.In the resistance of old and new ideas,not only the relationship between husband and wife is contradictory;As the "modern education" edification of the children sometimes will stand in the family female pursuit of the "self life" of the opposite,and then produce parent-child conflict;The maintenance of the relationship between motherin-law and daughter-in-law also presents problems.Throughout history,modern women have more and more demonstrated the need to get rid of the traditional concept of gender roles.The essence of the traditional family division of labor is a debugging of the family's economic and cultural background.With the development of the tertiary industry and the network economy,more and more women begin to enter the labor market and become part of the social division of labor.Economic base determines the superstructure,in the vast rural area economy and the transformation of social structure change,and growing Numbers of women employment of women's education degree,economic ability and social position reached an unprecedented height,the resources and status of the sexual relationship has a major change,the traditional family culture and the relationship of interactive specification modernization has also been an unprecedented impact.The personal and family problems,especially the family problems under the transformation of traditional family roles ofhusband and wife,have very subtle characteristics.Every family will produce a variety of contradictions,and it is easy for us to classify them as universal family frictions and ignore the struggles of women under traditional family roles of husband and wife.Especially in the rural areas where the economy is changing,the family conflicts are more obviously influenced by the traditional family roles of husband and wife.Taking X village,zhengzhou city,henan province as an example,this paper selects families where women often go out to work and men take part in agricultural labor or odd jobs at home,and conducts questionnaire survey and semi-structured interview on them.By means of questionnaire,structured interview and literature research,the problems under the transformation of traditional family roles of husband and wife were understood.Family women were found to have such problems as unclear self-cognition,intensified conflicts between husband and wife,unharmonious parent-child relationship and difficult relationship between mother and daughter-in-law.Social workers obtain individual service objects through outreaching service,carry out individual service under the guidance of ecosystem theory and family division of labor theory,and finally test the service effect through process evaluation and result evaluation.It is concluded that social workers are more involved in the transformation of traditional family roles of husband and wife as listeners,and the transformation of traditional family roles of husband and wife has its particularity in rural areas.Finally,from the micro,medium and macro perspectives,the author puts forward some Suggestions: parents should correctly guide their children's gender role concept,schools should pay attention to students' gender role education,social organizations should actively participate in the supply of family welfare,and the society should protect the legitimate rights and interests of working women.
