The Research Of Present Occupation Female’s Work-Family Role Conflicts

Chinese reform and opening up has gone through more than thirty years,during this thirty years, more and more women began to work. With the development of social economy, they participated fully in the various fields of social position, more and more women work in various industry.The employment proportion is more and more high. On the other hand, the social role has become another important role for Chinese women. Although every occupation woman expected to play perfect in every character, but because of the limited time and energy, they had to face the conflict of roles. It not only brought them great pressure, but also impeded their career development. From the concept of role conflict, the article analyzed the reason of the double roles conflict, performance and effect, at the last we arrived at some feasibility measures. Along with the increasing number of our country occupation female, the conflict of the double roles is becoming more and more serious, has already caused the extensive concern of scholars. Many research results show, this kind of role conflict has brought some negative effects. Therefore, from the existing research results, the double roles of systematic research has a certain theoretical and practical significance.This paper adopted the qualitative analytic method, took the occupation women in Taiyuan city as the research object, Selected five age groups,20years-30years old,30years-40years old,40years-50years old,50years-60years old. We elected five interviews in each age group. We focus our attention on the occupation women work-family role conflicts and their life career development influence. I think that an successful occupation female should learn how to adjust the problems and conflicts between life and career, and understanding their own every social role. They should have a positive attitude towards conflicts, in order to get success.
