A Case Study On Alleviating The Loneliness Of Empty Nest Youth In First-tier Cities

In 2018,the team of Hit-Point,a Japanese gaming company,developed a placement-based leisure hand-tour "Travel Frog" which became popular all over the world.Especially in China,95% of the downloaders in the world were Chinese users,and frog sons were raised all over the country.The company said that it had not carried out any publicity in China,and even the game had no official Chinese version.On the premise of surmounting language barriers,this game is favored by Chinese netizens.Besides winning the key role of Buddhism,it also reflects the true portrayal of some empty nest youth in China.Therefore,the popularity of this game is actually "seconds in Buddhism,better than reality"."Empty Nest Old Man" is an everlasting topic that will be studied every year.Of course,under the derivation and evolution of this topic,"Empty Nest Youth" has emerged as the times require.In recent years,it has also been widely concerned by various scholars and become a hot topic.It is worth noting that most of the "empty nest youth" groups are single young people who live alone on their own initiative.They have cherished their dreams and left their homeland to create a world of their own in the first-tier cities.Therefore,the emergence of "empty nest youth" is the inevitable outcome of social development.This paper uses the core values of self-help in social work,with the help of social relations theory,label theory,superiority perspective and energy-enhancing theory,to make a certain judgment on the selection criteria of "empty nest youth".Through the use of questionnaires,the loneliness of 30 "empty nest youth" in B city was investigated and collected.Then,a "empty nest youth" was selected to intervene in the case.And using professional case work methods to help project owners alleviate loneliness in first-tier cities.In the course of the research,the author found that the loneliness of the case-holder comes from two factors.One is social reality.In the aspect of housing,apart from renting a small,humid and cheap rental house,the high house price makes them hesitate,making it difficult for them to take root in the first-tier cities.Their Beijing dream and Shanghai dream are a little broken and lonely under the ruthless reality.Feelings come naturally.Second,personal psychological factors,a person living in the "empty nest youth" in life care,emotional needs,familywarmth are not guaranteed,the pressure of work also makes them unable to breathe,so that they do not have any recreational activities other than work,overtime,depressed mood has no place to vent,over time,loneliness will become stronger and stronger.Based on the above factors,the author seeks to alleviate the loneliness of "empty nest youth" from government policies,public opinion and personal changes.In the intervention of the case work of the case-holder,the case-holder received the case through the form of case talks and established a professional relationship with the case-holder.Firstly,the UCLA Loneliness Test Scale was used to carry out the front side of the case-holder.Through interviews with the case-holder,it was found that the case-holder had some problems,such as emotional deficiency,social network instability,sub-health and insufficient self-awareness.In view of the above problems,the author and the case The intervention objectives and plans were formulated,and the case owners were intervened.In the process of accepting the case,the case owners were tested again.The results show that the above problems have been improved.
