Group Work Intervention Study On Empty Nest Youth Community Participation

The research done in this article is mainly aimed at empty nest youth groups.Although empty nest youths are just a stage of life that many young people will experience in the environment they live in,they are not worthy of widespread attention and promotion by society as vulnerable groups.To enjoy the same level of social support as other people,social workers also need to think about how to improve the status of community participation of empty nest youth groups so that they can reach a relatively close level with non-empty nest youth groups.Based on this,this article chooses to explore the relationship between social support and community participation as a research perspective,to improve the community participation of empty nest youths as a starting point to carry out group work interventions,by enhancing the interpersonal involvement of empty nest youths in community participation The ability of communication and coordination of resources,so as to improve the dimensions of the empty nest youth to feel the social support,and finally achieve the beautiful vision of building a social support network platform for the empty nest youth at the community level.First,through the self-made empty nest youth basic situation questionnaire,community participation questionnaire,and social support assessment scale,the status and problems of empty nest youth community participation are sorted out and found that the current community participation of empty nest youth mainly includes community participation The four issues of lack of consciousness,fixed life circle,changes in lifestyle and inadequate community publicity.According to the data analysis of the social support assessment scale and the basic situation questionnaire,it is found that the differences in the characteristics of the demographic characteristics of the individuals in the empty nest youths.This article introduces the gender advantage perspective to analyze the individual ability advantages,and the individual relationship network construction needs for social support The decisive role of the quantity and the content and nature of the work elaborate on the channels and scope of obtaining social support information.Then explore the impact of individual level differences on social support,and through the interview design to explore the subjective support susceptibility in social support,combined with SPSS data analysis tools for data collection and processing to determine the relationship between socialsupport and community participation There is a significant positive correlation.Secondly,in combination with the tone of the above analysis,based on the theory of social support,to carry out group activities with different themes as the goal of enhancing the comprehensive understanding of the community,the correct understanding of the relationship between the community and itself,and enhancing the sense of belonging to the community.Enhancing the community participation of team members is the overall goal,helping the team members to build a social support network has a good development platform at the community level.According to the evaluation of the effectiveness of the practice intervention process and the results of the pre-test and post-test of the scale,it is shown that improving community participation is an important solution to improve social support.Finally,combined with the current relevant policies,it proposes to clarify the field of community work service,change the perspective of community work development and form a professional social work team at the community level.At the government level,it proposes countermeasures to implement public service tiered planning and build a complete social support network.
