Social Work And The Fans' Public Welfare:the Public Welfare Practice Of The Star Z' Fans

Nowadays,fans have developed into a social group with a large number of people and a wide distribution.Based on their strong love and high support for their idols,they carry out various kinds of star-chasing activities,such as watching stars'concerts,giving gifts to stars and buying related peripheral products.As the wind of public welfare charity is getting popular,more and more fans find doing public welfare can bring idols good publicity.So they join in it actively,hold a variety of public welfare activities,and even set up the dedicated fans' public welfare groups.Its large scale and wide influence have injected significant energy into the public welfare field.However,the development of the fans' public welfare still faces severe challenges and difficulties,due to the fact that the fans' public welfare is mostly organized by the fans themselves and lacks of scientific methods,skills and mature practical experience.As a graduate student majoring in social work in Nanjing University,the author is also a star-struck person,has developed a strong interest and great attention to this phenomenon.Therefore,relevant investigation and research have been carried out.The research object selected in this paper——the fans of star Z,as an early group of fans throw themselves into the field of public welfare,has not only carried out diversified public welfare activities,but also set up a special fan organization dedicated to public welfare.Their views and actions are a typical epitome of the development of the fans' public welfare.Therefore,it is representative to take the public welfare practice of the star Z' fans as an example to study this topic.The main content of this paper can be divided into the following four parts:Part ?:This paper elaborates on the concepts of the fans' public welfare and so on,then reviews the literature from the three perspectives,including the development status of public welfare,the fans' public welfare,the relationship between public welfare and social work.Part ?:Taking the public welfare practice of the star Z' fans as an example,this paper expounds the forms of the fans'public welfare in detail,and further analyzes the characteristics and advantages of the fans' public welfare.Through the research,it is found that the fans' public welfare has the characteristics of strong agglomeration effect,wide expansion dimension,response to the new public welfare fashion and so on,which also proves that the rapid rising fans' public welfare can add new vitality to public welfare undertakings.Part ?:Take the challenges and prospects of the fans' public welfare as the core of the discussion.First of all,the difficulties and challenges faced by the fans' public welfare are explored in depth,including the lack of sustainability,the hidden risks in the use of money,the low professionalism,and the public perception of the fans public welfare is still biased.Furthermore,it analyzes the symbiosis and mutual advancement relationship between social work and the fans' public welfare,so as to discuss the development prospect of the fans' public welfare in the future.On the social service agencies to establish their own team system and action rules.Second,the fans' public welfare can refer to the"double-work" mode of "social workers lead volunteers and volunteers assist social workers" to build their stable personnel reserve.In the next place,to encourage the fans' public welfare to open up formal and legal fundraising channels,including the following aspects.First,fans groups that want long-term stability and specialize in public welfare can register on the China social organization public service platform,and become the public welfare organizations qualified for public donation.Second,non-public welfare fan groups or individual fan can cooperate with legal public welfare platforms or professional public welfare organizations to carry out fundraising and donation activities.In addition,to promote professional practical experience,methods and skills in the fans' public welfare,including the following aspects.First,fan groups specializing in public welfare can learn from the scientific project operation procedures of social work and strengthen the management of their own projects.Second,fans can cooperate with professional social work organizations by raising funds to purchase social work service projects,so as to jointly carry out the fans' public welfare.Third,professional social workers can be introduced to give
