The Standard of Biology in Senior High School(2017 Edition)puts forward some new requirements for the teaching of biology in senior high school,such as cultivating students' concept of life,rational thinking,social responsibility and scientific inquiry ability,in order to improve the students' core accomplishment of biology.One of the most important tasks of biology teaching in senior high school is to cultivate the students' ability of scientific inquiry,and at the same time,it fully shows the core task of biology experiment teaching.In this paper,the present situation and application of biology experiment teaching at home and abroad are analyzed by means of literature research and questionnaire survey,and 264 biology teachers from 35 high schools in five counties and two districts of Tianshui City are studied.A questionnaire survey was conducted and 30 teachers were interviewed.Through statistical analysis of the survey results,it is found that the senior high school biology teachers in Tianshui City have obvious gaps in the cognitive level of experimental teaching under the guidance of the present college entrance examination,and lack of reflection on their own subjective reasons and optimization of the implementation process.The experimental evaluation system is not perfect,the way and way of teachers' professional development is single;There is deviation in students' experimental attitude and insufficient guarantee of experimental teaching,which leads to low efficiency in experimental teaching and weakening of teaching effect.Based on the above problems,the optimization strategy is proposed.First of all,improve teachers' awareness of experimental teaching;enhance experimental operation ability;cultivate teachers' ability in experimental design and development;actively organize experimental activities in the second classroom;adopt "leading-subject" experimental teaching method.Secondly,we should increase the students' attention to the experiment,strengthen the learning effect of group cooperation in the experiment,and expand the family and life of the experiment content after class.Finally,the schoolshould arrange the experiment time reasonably;pay attention to the input of the biology experiment;organize the professional skill training actively;develop the corresponding school-based curriculum in combination with the local resources of Tianshui City;establish and perfect the corresponding school-based curriculum.Experimental evaluation system.The results of teaching practice show that teachers gradually realize the importance of experimental teaching,and consciously optimize the experimental teaching to enrich the teaching process.The interest and attention of the students in the experiment is obviously increased,which plays an important role in the creation of a good experimental atmosphere,the promotion of the students' ability of autonomous inquiry and the improvement of their experimental skills.
