Social development puts forward new requirements on talent,we will pay more attention to the development of the overall quality,society requires not only professional and specialized talents but also creative talents.The education is responsible for cultivate talents for the society,in order to improve student development,the ordinary high school education and teaching assessment should timely reform to meet the new requirements for talents to adapt to the society.This study to Tianshui ordinary high school as the research object,the integrated use of a variety of methods,mainly from the students assessment subject,assessment content,assessment function of student assessment,students assessment results feedback of five dimensions do the research about the present situation of student assessment.According to the survey,we found the problem in tianshui city including the following,assessment content simple single;Students in the assessment of subjectivity;assessment of suitability is low;The traditional assessment model,evaluation assessment method is simple;assessment function alienation,ignoring development capabilities;Improper assessment result feedback and so on.Aiming at the existing problem of tianshui ordinary high school student assessment,on the basis of existing research and the new research,the author combed the factors that influence the assessment of tianshui students found reasons to tianshui student assessment can be divided into three aspects: one is the social and institutional constraints-examination system to clamp down on teaching excessively heavy student assessment and evaluation,management function,the heavy government intervention in the education.The second is the shackles of traditional evaluation of disadvantages,evaluation concept and understanding of evaluation dissimilation,the test was given too much power caused by "echo effect",lack of the meta-evaluation.The third reason is assess the effects of subject –the lack of communication between assessment subjects,students lack of assessment subject consciousness,teachers guide there is a deviation.Finally based on the above issues and causes,and combined with relevant experience and theory in this study tentatively proposed to improve the tianshui ordinary high school student assessment strategies: changing ideas,optimize students assessment model;Students focus on students’ development and build a diversified assessment n system;Dredge obstacles,lay a solid foundation for the reform of student assessment.
