Wushu is an excellent traditional Chinese culture with good sports function and rich cultural value.Under the call of national "wushu into campus" policy,wushu in colleges and universities develops vigorously,but at present,there are still many problems in wushu teaching in ordinary colleges and universities.The sports core accomplishment is based on the national conditions of our country,combined with the "core accomplishment" theory proposed by the national ministry of education,according to the characteristics of physical education theory.The sports core quality is also the necessary sports quality for contemporary college students to adapt to the complex social environment and improve their comprehensive competitivenessThis paper adopts the methods of literature,questionnaire,expert interview and mathematical statistics to study and analyze the current teaching situation and existing problems of wushu courses in ordinary colleges and universities in China,and constructs the wushu course system in ordinary colleges and universities under the theory of core quality of sports,so as to provide a new path for the construction and research of wushu courses in colleges and universities.This paper is divided into five parts.The introduction part mainly describes the research background,the purpose and significance of the research,the research status,research ideas,research contents and research methods of sports core literacy and college martial arts courses at home and abroad.The first chapter mainly defines the concept of physical education curriculum,martial arts,core literacy and sports core literacy.The second chapter describes the following problems in the development of martial arts courses in ordinary colleges: 1.The participation of ordinary college students in extracurricular martial arts activities is low;2.The teaching objectives of martial arts courses in colleges and universities are not fully implemented;3.The content of martial arts courses in ordinary colleges is not comprehensive;There is a lack of martial arts special quality exercises in college martial arts courses;5.There is a lack of cultural education in martial arts courses in ordinary colleges;6.The teaching methods and teaching organization forms of martial arts courses in ordinary colleges lack innovation.At the same time,the following problems are analyzed in the martial arts curriculum: 1.The content of martial arts courses in ordinarycolleges and universities is not in line with the expectations of students' selection;2.The understanding of martial arts concepts is unclear and affects the implementation of curriculum objectives.3.The content of martial arts courses in ordinary colleges and universities is not compiled.Comprehensive;4,the shortage of martial arts courses in ordinary colleges and universities;5,the martial arts literacy of ordinary college martial arts teachers is insufficient;6,the conscious awareness and ability of martial arts teachers in ordinary colleges and universities needs to be improved.The third chapter discusses the connotation and structure of the theoretical system of sports core literacy,and analyzes its important influence on college martial arts curriculum construction from the three dimensions of sports practice,sports morality and healthy behavior.The fourth chapter constructs a college martial arts curriculum system based on sports core literacy.The fifth part concludes that the reform of martial arts curriculum under the theory of sports core is of great value and significance for carrying forward the cultural confidence of national traditional culture,improving the effect of martial arts teaching in ordinary colleges and promoting students' all-round development.
