The construction of first-rate undergraduate education is an important task in the process of “double first-rate” construction,and it is also a major strategy for revitalizing higher education in the world's higher education.he fundamental goal of first-rate undergraduate education is to train first-rate talents,which is in need of first-rate teachers.Having the first-rate teaching ability is the essence of first-rate teachers.Through the literature combing and logical analysis,this paper clarifies the concept of "first-rate teaching ability",and reconstructs the development content of first-rate teaching ability under the grounded theory: first-rate teaching theory,stream teaching consciousness,and stream teaching behavior.This paper takes the first-rate teaching ability as the coordinate,designs the questionnaire from the three dimensions of development content,and analyzes the development status of the teaching ability of H university teachers through SPSS data analysis,in order to explore the gap between the teaching ability and the“first-rate”.Throughout the history of higher education development,societ,schools and teachers are important factors influencing the development of teaching ability of university teachers.The higher teaching ability is the inevitable result driven by three influencing factors.Based on the theory of internal and external factors,this paper constructs the theoretical model of the development path of university teachers' teaching ability,and uses Amos software to test and adjust to form the path structure model of university teachers' teaching ability development,and to analyze the driving factors of the influencing factors on the teaching ability of university teachers,and then get the university teachers.A strategy for improving teaching ability.Through the research,the paper draws the following conclusions:(1)The“first-rate teaching ability” is a horizontal concept.Compared with the teaching ability,it has the consistency of conceptual expression and the difference of conceptual connotation.The development of first-rate teaching ability includes first-rate teaching theory and first-rate teaching.Teaching awareness and first-rate teaching behavior;(2)There is still a gap between the teaching ability of H university teachers and the level of “first-rate teaching ability”.Different teachers have different dimensions in teaching ability.Through the highest degree of teachers,whether they have participated in teaching and training programs,whether they have received teaching awards,etc.Features can peek into the teacher's individual teaching ability level;(3)Society-school-teachers are the three major factors affecting the development of teaching ability of university teachers.The social and school external factors promote the development of teaching ability by influencingthe internal factors of teachers;(4)Based on the structure model of teaching ability development of university teachers,five development principles are proposed:goal-oriented principle,problem-oriented principle,hierarchical progressive principle,practice-oriented principle and service support principle;Two development paths: take the content of teaching ability composition as the entry point,take "society-school-teacher" as the supporting system;Seven specific measures: Pay attention to the endogenous motivation of teachers and promote the personal development of teachers;Vigorously build a learning community and give play to the role of teachers;Return to the university to educate people and advocate academic and academic culture;Focus on evaluation and incentives and optimize the school system;Establish a teaching development center and improve school organization security;Pay attention to domestic and international educational developments and strengthen policy learning;Break through the "two-source" funding pattern and increase the proportion of social input.
