In the twenty-first century, education has become an important basis for the level of competition between countries. Fundamentally speaking, competition between countries is the talent competition, and education is fundamental to cultivate a high-quality innovative talent. All along, due to the fundamental status of primary education, countries continue to strengthen their emphasis, with the gradually promoting of education reform, student teaching satisfaction has gradually attracted attention of the community. Students are the subject of education, student teaching satisfaction is not only the effective feedback of education, but also is the basis of the standard of teaching reform, and therefore, researching student teaching satisfaction has important implications for practice and application. At present, domestic research on teaching satisfaction are more concentrated in higher education, and relative researches are more remaining in the stage of theoretical analysis and descriptive statistics, rarely use complex models to systematically analyze. Meanwhile, the researches priorities more focused on improving school teaching methods, and rarely studied some subjective factors of students. Therefore, the using relatively complex statistical models to study teaching satisfaction of students in basic education of some subjective factors are very urgent.The paper makes use of the data of Chinese Family Panel Studies(pliot study of 2010). First, elaborated the concept of relevant research in teaching satisfaction, established the measure of teaching satisfaction by studying relevant theories and data characteristics; second, use SPSS18.0 to sort data, and finally get 1720 valid data.Aiming at the analysis of the observed variables and the corresponding latent variables, this article does the confirmatory factor analysis. First, on the basis of the relevant theories of teaching satisfaction, the paper generalize the observable variables to five factors, which are teaching satisfaction, psychological perception, Personality habits, Parent-child relationship and basic characteristics. Second, the paper makes the construction and fitting of confirmatory factor model by AMOS 17.0, and it also displays the fitting indexes. The results show that four observed variables are deleted due to the small load coefficient or highly correlated with other variables.On the basis of theoretical analysis and confirmatory factor analysis, the paper constructs a final structural equation model and fit it. Fitting results show that psychological perception,, parent-child relationship all have a positive impact on the teaching satisfaction, the biggest impact is parent-child relationship, it is not only directly affect the teaching satisfaction, but also produce indirect effects through mental habits and personality habits. The paper also carried out more than a group analysis, and the results showed that sex, parental education, and whether participate in off-campus counseling will affect the stability of the model, indicating that the three manipulated variables of the model plays a significant regulatory role.Through theoretical analysis and empirical analysis, this paper proposes five suggestions:First, improve the school teaching management, enhance the management of scientific and adaptability in a "student-centered" principle. Second, control off-campus counseling to reduce students’mental stress and study burden. Third, guide students to develop good study and living habits, attitude and active learning enthusiasm. Fourth, pay attention to cultivate children’s sense of identity, more recognition, more guidance, to enhance the child’s self-confidence and self-worth recognition. Fifth, improve parent-child relationship, enhance communication and interaction between parents and children, and then promote children a good attitude and habits by encouraging way of education. |
