As an effective class management,education punishment has been criticized by all parties for its compulsory and normative nature,and even the objectivity and rationality of its own status have been challenged to some extent.Facing the "crisis" situation of current education punishment,education punishment needs to strengthen the moral and ethical value to stabilize its reasonable position.In the study of education punishment,justice is an indispensable basic value in education punishment,and it is also one of the ethical “bottom line” values that must be adhered to in education punishment.Therefore,Whether teachers can implement punishment fairly in educational punishment is an important link and can realize the ethical value of education punishment.However,due to the complex and varied realities and the multi-player game,teachers will inevitably fall into the ethical dilemma of contradictions and conflicts due to various factors,and will not be able to achieve punishment justice for students.Therefore,this study is based on the fair value,and studies the fair ethical dilemma faced by teachers in education punishment,and proposes corresponding improvement strategies for the trajectory of the dilemma.This study was conducted with 200 teachers from 5 primary schools in Zichuan District,Zibo City,Shandong Province.The questionnaire was distributed and field surveys were conducted.Through the development of reasonable questionnaire,the survey is conducted from the five dimensions of teachers and self,teachers and students,teachers and parents,teachers and school management,teachers and public opinion,and assists in the form of interviews and participation observations.The current situation of this research is based on Rawls' s theory of justice,Oser's theory and Dewey's theory of value judgement.It analyzes the ethical dilemma and proposes corresponding improvement strategies based on the question of ethical dilemma.Through the analysis of the fair ethical dilemma faced by teachers in education punishment,we find that the main problems of teachers in education punishment: thefair ethical dilemma under the value conflict is obvious,teachers interact with others have a lot of dilemmas,and higher levels of teacher dilemma caused by external factors of society,and Some teachers have a low level of dilemma,but there is a problem of punishment injustice.At the same time,the author analyzes the ways in which teachers respond to the ethical dilemma of justice,and gives a deep description on the moral state of teachers dealing with the ethical dilemma of justice,and analyzes the problems presented by teachers in dealing with ethical dilemmas.Comprehensive status,we have drawn some reasons for the occurrence of a fair ethical dilemma: the existing relevant laws,regulations and system are not perfect,the single evaluation system weakens the motivation of teacher ethics development,the teacher's ethical awareness is weak and lacks moral reflection,there are conflicts between teachers and parents under multiple values,the school's punishment system lacks operational justice rules,and the social public opinion misleads and interferes with educational punishment.In response to the above this reasons,the six strategies to improve the fair ethical dilemma in education punishment are put forward.First,establishing a sound legal and regulatory system for education punishment,including the enrichment of laws and system's justice,and strengthening the fairness of the implementation of the laws and systems;secondly,to create and construct the organizational culture of the school's fair ethics,including creating an ethical standard school organization culture and constructing the fair ethical spirit of school organizational culture;third,strengthening teacher education and training to improve teachers' professional quality,including improving the professional ethics of teachers and improving teachers' ethical wisdom in dealing with difficulties;fourth,improving the school's educational punishment system and enforcement procedures,including establishing a reasonable and effective school education punishment system and regulating the implementation procedures of the school education punishment system Fifth,strengthening communication and cooperation between parents and school teachers,including carrying out education training to improve parents' educational concept and communication and coordination between home and school to form a unifiededucational synergy;sixth,to guide and standardize the current social public opinion environment,including avoiding the bad causes of the current public opinion environment and optimizing and creating a good atmosphere for the social public opinion.
