Growth in the number of private kindergartens universality,its education quality has extensive concern of the state and society from all walks of life,to improve the quality of universality private kindergarten education is the key to improve the preschool teachers' teaching ability,this not only affects the preschool teachers' professional development,and the relationship between the long-term development of preschool education career.At present,there is a widespread dilemma that the teaching ability of teachers in private kindergartens should be improved.Therefore,it is of great significance for preschool teachers to improve their teaching ability and promote their professional growth by studying the problems existing in the teaching ability of private kindergartens and proposing corresponding strategies.Based on teacher professional development theory,maslow's hierarchy of needs theory as the theoretical basis,mainly adopt questionnaire law to N area 270 preschool teachers as the research object,on the teaching design ability,teaching ability,teaching evaluation and reflection ability present situation investigation,on the basis of the six director and a dozen preschool teachers in-depth interviews,and auxiliary observation method and the text analysis,problems of N district preschool teachers' teaching ability.The results show that the teaching ability of preschool teachers is above average in general,in terms of teaching design ability,the choice of teaching method is more scientific,the creation of psychological environment is better;In terms of teaching implementation ability,I have good skills in manual and painting teaching,good command of teaching rhythm,and good ability to deal with emergencies.At the same time,there are also the following problems: first,the setting of teaching objectives is beyond children's development level;Second,the selection of teaching content ignores the life experience of children;Third,the development ability of teaching AIDS resources is weak;Fourth,the creation of the material environment of heavy ornamental light practical;Fifth,music skills are relatively weak;Sixth,the use of teaching media is not high;Seventh,there is a lack of language expression ability;Eighth,the preschool teacher to the class convention management ability is weak;Ninth,the main body and content of teaching evaluation are single,ignoring the diagnostic evaluation;Tenth,the self-reflection consciousness is not strong,the reflection content is not comprehensive.And from the three aspects of preschool teachers,kindergartens and pre-school education professional colleges,the root causes of the problems in the teaching ability of preschool teachers in district N were analyzed.Kindergartens do not strictly control the entry qualification of preschool teachers,and the kindergarten-based training is not deep enough;The curriculum of pre-school education is unreasonable,and the learning of specialized curriculum is out of line with educational practice.Therefore,from the perspective of preschool teachers,kindergartens and pre-school education professional institutions,this study puts forward some Suggestions on improving the teaching ability of teachers in private kindergartens in N district of ChongQing.Establish lifelong learning awareness and reasonably plan career development;Improve teaching practice reflection ability and optimize teaching behavior.At the kindergarten level,the entry standards for teachers should be strengthened and the construction of post-service teachers should be optimized.Establish effective kindergarten-based training mechanism and strengthen systematic kindergarten-based training.At the level of professional institutions of preschool education,a well-developed talent training program should be established to optimize the professional curriculum structure system of preschool teachers.Increase the proportion of practical teaching courses to cultivate students' practical ability.At the level of education competent departments,we should increase the input of special funds in training,pay attention to the career development of preschool teachers,strengthen policy and system support,and carry out special training.
