As for the evaluation of the teaching ability of the teachers in physical education,the present successful model can be used for reference,even if it is,it is only the evaluation of the teacher’s teaching ability in the theory teaching which is similar to the other subjects,or the teaching evaluation around a single sports project.Therefore,the evaluation of the teacher’s teaching ability with the unique pattern of the physical education is the first priority to be solved in the performance management.In view of this,the study is based on the implementation of the second-level management mechanism of the school,based on the mode of modernism development,the development of behaviorism and the mode of constructivism,and through the establishment of the multi-dimensional integration model,the aim of this study is to establish a set of conformity.The evaluation system of teachers’ teaching ability in local undergraduate colleges and universities provides theoretical guidance for the development of teachers’ teaching abilities in local undergraduate colleges and universities;To construct a relatively objective,quantifiable and easy-to-operate evaluation system for the professional teaching ability of physical education teachers in local undergraduate colleges and universities can further improve the evaluation system and evaluation theory of physical education teachers in local undergraduate colleges and universities.This paper selects the evaluation index of physical education teachers’ teaching ability by consulting the literature,then selects the primary index by Delphi method,determines the weight of each index by analytic hierarchy process(AHP),and constructs the evaluation system by fuzzy mathematics method.In order to verify the scientificity and rationality of the evaluation system,the research takes the teachers of physical education major in a local undergraduate university as the empirical object.The results show that:(1)The research and construction of a complete set of local undergraduatephysical education teaching ability evaluation system,in which the index system is mainly composed of five primary indicators(student evaluation results,supervision and evaluation results,teaching and research room evaluation results,peer evaluation results,The teaching and research teaching reform evaluation results),10 secondary indicators and 30 third-level indicators.(2)The evaluation system is relatively objective,easy to quantify and easy to operate,and further improves the evaluation system and evaluation theory of PE teachers in local colleges and universities.The four-level membership function of the "excellent",the "good",the "be competent" and the "to be incompetent" is established for the first time,and the application category of the fuzzy mathematics is expanded.(3)the fuzzy mathematics method is introduced to evaluate the teaching ability of physical education teachers,which solves the problem that the value of critical point of some indexes is little difference but very different in grade when the former evaluation standard is popularized and used in a large area.A question that does not correspond to the facts.(4)the research changes the disadvantages of comparing ranking with simple average score,and obtains the final evaluation result by constructing subordinate degree,realizes the horizontal comparison of technical theory teachers,and makes the evaluation result more scientific;Secondly,the group evaluation is introduced to realize the comparison of the teachers’ groups included in the technical subjects and the theoretical teaching and research departments.
