Self-determination is one of the eight core elements to improve the quality of life of adolescent with developmental disability in the transition period.The integrated self-determination teaching mode can effectively improve the ability of self-determination while ensuring the acquisition of the original curriculum,and is fully prepared for the successful employment and smooth integration for the adolescent with developmental disabilities in the future.This study is based on four adolescents with developmental disability and five teachers in a university vocational education center.The ability of Self-determination of adolescent with developmental disability in China is very low,and the teachers lack of the ability of self-determination teaching,Even worse is lacking of self-determination intervention research tool and special school teachers in China is insufficient,So through the action research,attempts to put objective of self-determination into the vocational course teaching,and using the empirical effective to Achieve the goals.Doing these is just for exploring a set of self-determination teaching model to improve the ability of self-determination of adolescents with developmental disability in the absence of teaching staff.The research shows that:1.The implementation of Integrated Self-Determination Teaching Mode has a good effect on improving the self-determination ability of adolescents with developmental disorders in the transition period.2.The implementation of Integrated Self-Determination Teaching Mode can improve teachers' self-determination cognition level and effectively improve teachers' self-determination teaching ability.3.The Integrated Self-Determination Teaching Model can guarantees students' learning opportunities of self-determination without additional teachers.Suggestions of this research as follows:1.The cognition of Self-determination lowly is the main factor that makes itdifficult for teachers to integrate self-determination goals.Therefore,in the future research and teaching practice,teacher's training should be emphasized.2.Increasing the diversity situations of problem-solving to promote the generalization of students' problem-solving ability.3.In order to prepare for teaching needs.teachers should pay more attention to collect problem situations in daily observation.
