"5G" and "AI"technologies accelerate the evolution of the Intelligent Era.Everyone has to value the unique of people instead of just pursuing efficiency or focusing on time management in order to ensure that they will not be replace by machine one day.The core difference between human beings and machine is consciousness. So the management of consciousness is one of the keys for development.Mindfulness is the embodiment of consciousness and manifested in the acceptance of the current and non-judgment.There are ancient sayings," I reflect on myself many times everyday","I would reflect on myself through the performance of others".Mindfulness, which means always being aware of internal and external self and using self-image,has been confirmed important on the promotion of positive attitudes, emotions and behaviors. It has entered field of people's vision and has been applied to management practice gradually. At the same time,"let people who hear the guns call for gunfire".Companies are inclined to flat organization mode,in order to cope with the"uncertain" normality, which puts higher demands on employees. To gain more competitive advantages,in addition to the prescribed duties,it is important for companies to pay attention to employees'affective commitment and Organizational Citizenship Behavior(OCB).Although the influence of mindfulness on OCB has been confirmed, the path of its mechanism has not been deeply explored. It has important theoretical and practical significance to analyze the path of mindfulness to OCB in the new era. From the perspective of self-experience,based on the theory of Broaden-and-Build and Self-Determination,and the literature of four variables:mindfulness,Psychological Capital Appreciation(PCA),affective commitment and OCB In the case, this paper studies the concepts, dimensions, measurements, and causes and effects of inductive variables, and research hypotheses and research models are proposed.Using SPSS21.0 and Mplus7.0 statistical software,297 research data were processed and analyzed to verify the research hypothesis and explore the influence mechanism of mindfulness on OCB to reveal the intermediary path of PCA and affective commitment. The conclusions of paper are as follows:First, there are some differences in demographic variables such as age and gender between mindfulness,PCA,affective commitment, and OCB.Second, there is a direct effect relationship between variables, that is,mindfulness is positively promoting OCB and PCA;PCA is positively promoting affective commitment;affective commitment is promoting OCB.Third, there is a mediating effect between variables,PCA intermediary mindfulness on affective commitment, affective commitment intermediary PCA to OCB,PCA and affective commitment continuously mediate the influence of mindfulness on OCB.According to the research conclusions and the combing content of the literature, the following recommendations are put forward for management practice.Enterprises need to pay attention to selection, education, retention, and use, enriching the indicators of selected personnel to select people with high level of mindfulness and PCA,and considering the comprehensive value of employees in the long run;consummating the training system to train mindfulness in stages and to improve employees' comprehensive ability;building a comprehensive evaluation index system, which requires not only hard performance content and soft emotional content but also attention potential content;combined with the assessment results, using talents with different traits and abilities. It is recommended for employees to establish a scientific understanding of mindfulness and apply it to life and work to improve work ability, relieve stress, and promote family-work balance. For government,it is necessary to guide the development of the mindfulness training industry through specific management policies.
