Based upon the discussion of psychological contract structure of private middle school teachers in Hunan Province, this research aims at analyzing demographical variables' influence upon psychology contract and its breach and inspecting the relationship between psychological patterns, psychological contract breach,and turnover intention,hence offering valuable advice for the management of private middle school teachers.In this research,the author has compiled Hunan Private Middle School Teachers' Psychological Contract Questionnaire through adopting literature method,experts and focus teams' interview,and open questionnaire investigation.Then,the author of this paper forms an idea of formal questionnaire and psychological contract two-dimensional structure through item analysis and exploratory factor analysis.In the end,this research checks the rationality of psychological contract two-dimensional structure and analyzes demographical variables' influence on psychological contract and its breach and the relationship between psychological contract patterns, psychological contract breach and turnover intention through confirmatory factor analysis and other statistic techniques.This research draws a conclusion mainly as follows;1.Teachers' obligation and schools' obligation of Hunan private middle school teachers' psychological contract include two factors:realistic obligation and developmental obligation.In schools' obligation,realistic obligation factor includes eight items while developmental obligation contains six items.In teachers' obligation,developmental obligation factors and realisticistic obligation factors all include six items.2.Based upon the average score obtained in teachers' obligation questionnaire and schools' obligation questionnaire,this paper makes a cluster analysis and extracts four types from private middle school teachers' psychological contract.After examination,we find that marks the four different types have on schools' obligation and teachers' obligation displays significant difference,which shows that the division of these four types is practical.3.It is found that most demographical variables shows little difference in all psychological contract questionnaires and contract breach through difference analysis.4.Through correlation analysis,we discover that the higher the schools' obligation is,the better the obligation is performed and the lower teachers' turnover intention becomes.In different psychological contract types,we find that turnover intention ranges from high level to low level as follows:Typeâ…¢(high schools' obligation and low teachers' obligation),Typeâ…£(low schools ' obligation and high teachers' obligation),Typeâ… (low schools' obligation and high teachers' obligation),and Typeâ…¡(high schools.' obligation and high teachers' obligation).
