Ancient poetry is the representative of the best culture in our country.It is the most remarkable style in the Chinese literature history.It is also the most refined style of our nation.It is a blend of saturated feelings,superb art,rich imagination and beautiful language.It is an important part of Chinese teaching.In high school Chinese teaching,the ancient poetry teaching plays an important role.However,under the influence of the deviation of modern students' emotions,attitudes,values and the teacher' s teaching concept,ancient' poetry teaching has become stereotype and boring,which poses the poetry teaching in a difficult situation.Therefore,under the educational background of the new curriculum reform,we should pay more attention to the teaching methods of ancient poetry,and take effective strategies to make students interested in learning ancient poetry and improve the efficiency of ancient poetry teaching in high school.The Dunhua Experimental High School is using high school Chinese textbook published by People's Education Publisher.Among them,there are 22 ancient poems in the five required textbooks,which accounts for high proportion in whole.It shows important role of ancient poetry-The ancient poetry teaching in Dunhua Experimental High School has achieved great results.In each semester there are two ancient poetry exchanges and cultural performances,,including ancient poetry readings and writing,as well as drama performances about ancient poetry,which greatly improve the student' s enthusiasm in learning Ancient poetry.The school also launched the "Deliver Books to Class" program and create an ancient poetry column in the school library,which formed a unique campus culture of Dunhua Experimental High School and created a good atmosphere for learning ancient poetry.Each class will preview lessons beforehand when learning ancient poetry.Teachers will give guidance to the preview questions and organize after-school reviews.This ensures the smooth progress of ancient poetry teaching effectively.In order to enrich the teaching methods of ancient poetry,teachers teaching Chinese organize a weekly class preparation forum,have an open class every semester,regularly participate in training,have a brainstorm of teaching skills and experience,and enhance the richness of ancient poetry teaching.Although the teaching of ancient poetry in Dunhua Experimental Middle School has achieved certain results,there are still some problems.The bias of the teacher' s ancient poetry teaching and the limitations of life and emotional experience of high school students lead to the students' lack of learning ability in ancient poetry;Teachers could make the teaching of ancient poetry conservative and boring,which could lead to a decrease in students' interest in learning and less prominence of the students?subjective position.In view of the above situations,the author brings up suggestions about ancient poetry teaching in three aspects:school,teachers and students.While the school creates a good atmosphere for the study of ancient poetry,teachers should try to improve their capability of literacy and enrich the teaching methods of ancient poetry,so that students become more active that passive in learning ancient poetry.Students need to apply associations and imaginations in a reasonable way when learning ancient poetry,improve their ability to understand ancient poetry,and highlight their dominant position in the class.At the same time,it is necessary to promote independent exploration or cooperative exploration,extend the learning methods of ancient poetry and improve the ability to appreciate ancient poems.The above related strategies hope to greatly help the current ancient Chinese poetry teaching in high schools.
