With the rapid development of China's economy,the cause of education is also higher,high vocational colleges and universities have become the focus of social development in China,the way of its development has changed,the teaching model has undergone a fundamental change.At present,it seems that higher vocational colleges and universities provide frontline higher technical applied talents for the training,management,construction and service of our country,but the teaching quality is uneven and the rapid development leads to the emergence of a series of negative problems,the most obvious of which is the teaching quality of higher vocational colleges.The number of students in colleges and universities in the country has increased dramatically,and the teachers ' strength and facilities have lagged behind,which leads to the decline of teaching quality.In physical education teaching is particularly obvious,by the influence of the old concept,the development of physical education has been hindered,sports teaching work has appeared lagging phenomenon,affecting the development of physical education reform and innovation.Therefore,this paper takes the present situation of physical education teaching in higher vocational and technical colleges under the idea of innovative education as the research object,and the teachers and students of Sichuan Vocational College of Architecture,Sichuan Engineering Vocational College,Sichuan Water Conservancy vocational College and Chengdu Vocational College as the survey object.By using the methods of interview,questionnaire and so on,this paper probes into the innovative teaching mode,teacher qualification,sports management and implementation of higher vocational colleges,and obtains the following conclusions through the research of this article:1.Higher vocational colleges and universities should make certain amendments to the incomplete work management system to achieve the goal of scientific and systematic,and the division of labor of each staff member should be reasonable and clear.Higher vocational colleges should establish the idea of people-oriented,lifelong sports and "health first".However,from the specific analysis,there are still many shortcomings in physical education teaching,which need to be further reformed under the innovative teaching concept.2.Physical education teachers are the key to curriculum reform.At present,the shortage of teachers in higher vocational colleges is serious,their professional titles and academic qualifications are low,especially their teaching concepts are backward.It is urgent for teachers to improve their cultural literacy,innovate their curriculum concepts,cultivate theirskills in curriculum innovation and build up their understanding of curriculum establishment so as to promote their knowledge and ability.3.Under the requirement of innovative education idea,higher vocational colleges are actively carrying out physical education reform,but the reform efforts and results are far from enough.Especially in teaching practice,students 'sports needs and expected results have not been achieved.No matter what form of teaching activities are carried out,students should be the main body to meet students' basic needs.This is not true.Often crucial,but also the fundamental significance of physical education,so in order to further meet the basic needs of students,it is necessary to continue to deepen the innovative education concept of physical education reform.4.The insufficiency of sports equipment and the insufficiency of hardware facilities in sports teaching activities have limited the content arrangement of sports teaching activities,which has a negative impact on the effect of sports teaching activities.
