Cooperation,the main form of human coordinated activities,is an indispensable component of social activities,and an important condition and driving force for the survival and development of human society.Cooperation is the basic ability for the survival and development of human society and the basic motive force for building a stable and harmonious human society.The ability to cooperate with others is the basic ability that citizens of contemporary society must possess.Classroom observation is a main way for teachers to study classroom teaching in daily life.It can also be said that it is a reproduction of the common activities of listening and evaluating classes in schools.But as a part of teachers' daily work,why can't listening to and evaluating classes serve as a strong support for teachers to improve their professional skills? Traditional listening and evaluation activities lack data information and precise technology of classroom teaching,and finding out the reasons makes classroom observation have a strong potential to promote teachers' professional development.With the continuous implementation of the new round of curriculum reform,the current goal is to fully reflect and develop the potential of each student,so that every student can develop in an all-round way,which is also the key concept of quality education.In order to make every student develop in an all-round way,we must reform the existing student evaluation system.The cooperative learning evaluation system of elementary and middle schools based on classroom observation in this paper hopes to truly embody the principle of making every student develop in an all-round way.On the basis of a comprehensive analysis of the existing evaluation concepts of group cooperative learning,this paper intends to evaluate the students in the process of group cooperative learning on the premise of classroom observation,and further study and explore the evaluation system of students in primary and secondary school group cooperative learning based on classroom observation.Firstly,the introduction explains the research background,problems and significance,and defines three concepts: group cooperative learning,group cooperative learning evaluation and group cooperative learning evaluation based on classroom observation.In addition,the literature research method is used to explainthe research status,existing problems and research trends of group cooperative learning and its evaluation at home and abroad.Secondly,the evaluation index system of cooperative learning in elementary and middle schools based on classroom observation is constructed on the basis of evaluation objectives.Firstly,through interviewing relevant experts,we know a certain number of evaluation indicators of cooperative learning in primary and secondary school groups.Then,we divide these behaviors into different dimensions,compare the four dimensions and the indicators under each dimension in two or two ways,and form a questionnaire by 1-9 scale method to relevant experts for empowerment.The system includes four dimensions: communication and cooperation ability,performance success rate,innovation ability and organizational order.Thirdly,the results of the collected questionnaires are counted,and the judgment matrix is constructed.The weights of the four dimensions and the indicators under each dimension are calculated by rank sum method,and the consistency test is carried out.Finally,the importance ranking of the first and second indicators is obtained,and the final evaluation index system of cooperative learning in primary and secondary schools based on classroom observation is established.It consists of four first-level indicators and eighteen second-level indicators,The evaluation index system of cooperative learning for junior and middle school groups is composed of innovative ability,innovative ideas,innovative works,active thinking of students,strong practical ability,orderly organization,mutual management among members,orderly cooperation among members,good cooperative environment,clear division of labor among members.Finally,based on the relevant policies and theories,the evaluation criteria for the secondary indicators are determined,which provides a scientific,rational,systematic and feasible method for the comprehensive evaluation of students' cooperative learning in the classroom.It also summarizes the research and further explains the research ideas,which need to be put into practical application to continue to improve.
