The trust of kindergarten parents in kindergarten teachers has important practical significance for building home cooperation,forming a community of homes,and promoting the development of young children.The paper takes the parents of N city as the research object,and uses literature research,questionnaires,interviews and other methods to explore the trust level of the parents' parents from the perspectives of knowledge trust,ability trust,emotional trust and quality trust.The results show that:(1)the parents' trust in kindergarten teachers is generally at the upper-middle level;(2)the parents' trust in kindergarten teachers from high to low in order of quality trust,ability trust,knowledge trust,Emotional trust;(3)The nature of the park,the gender,personality,education,and occupation of the parents have significant differences in the trust of the parents of the kindergarten teachers.Parents of public kindergartens have higher trust level for kindergarten teachers than parents of private parks;mothers trust parents more than fathers for kindergarten teachers;parents of different education have significant differences in trust of kindergarten teachers;Parents' parents have significant differences in the trust of kindergarten teachers;extroverted parents have higher trust in kindergarten teachers than introverted parents.Through research,it is found that the parents' trust in kindergarten teachers has the following problems:(1)low level of emotional trust;(2)low level of knowledge and ability to adapt to individual differences;(3)low level of fair and equitable trust(4)the level of trust of private kindergarten parents on kindergarten teachers is low.Through the establishment of regression equations,it is found that:(1)home communication,teacher quality,and kindergarten management factors play a positive role in the trust of kindergarten parents in kindergarten teachers,while social negative news plays a negative role in the trust of kindergarten parents in kindergarten teachers;(2)teacher quality has an important impact on overall trust level,knowledge trust,ability trust,quality trust;(3)home communication has an important impact on emotional trust;(4)kindergarten teachers' attitude towards young children affects parents' trust in kindergarten teachers.Based on the above research,the following suggestions are proposed:(1)innovating the communication carrier and enhancing emotional trust;(2)building afaculty team and strengthening the construction of private parks;(3)changing parental concepts and establishing scientific concepts;(4)strengthening supervision and establishing Long-term mechanism;(5)seting an advanced example and promoting positive images.
