Nowadays, with the continuous updating and upgrading of the education system, preschool education,as an important part of the education system in China, has attracted increasing attention from all walks of life. The importance of educational trust in teaching and management is becoming more and more prominent, and parents' trust in preschool teachers is the basis for kindergarten teachers to carry out teaching and management smoothly. However, today's educational trust is challenged to some extent and even causes an educational crisis.Few people listen to preschool teachers' feelings.Based on this, this study focuses on preschool teachers' experience of parents' trust and distrust and its influence on teachers, which causes the attention of the society,so as to not only broaden the field of study of parents and teachers, but also contribute to the communication and cooperation between family and kindergarten. This study uses interview, questionnaire, and case study method to investigate preschool teachers' feelings in the face of the trust and distrust given by parents, and the different types of influence to teachers. To analyze the causes of different types of trust experience and propose strategies and suggestions.Through the analyzing the survey results, this research mainly draws the following conclusions: First, most teachers have positive experience when they feel parents trust, while they have negative experience when they have a feeling of parents' distrust.Especially for the teachers from high-end private kindergartens, when they feel the distrust of parents, they tend to feel the lack of identity and the service nature is obvious. The head teacher undertakes the main parent work, the burden is heavier.New teachers are more likely to experience anxiety.Secondly, different types of trust experience have different influences, not only on the teachers themselves, but also on the work of family-kindergarten and children.Positive trust experience may not bring positive influence to all teachers, but also make some teachers feel more stressful. The negative experience of trust often has a negative impact on teachers themselves and their work, especially for both new head teachers and assistant teachers. In addition, teachers' positive trust experience is mainly caused by teachers themselves and their daily work. The main causes of negative trust experience are related to both the truster and the trustee. The limitations of parents themselves cause the lack of professionalism, which leads to the lack of understanding of teachers, unfamiliar will also lead to the distrust of parents. The lack of credibility of teachers can also lead to parents' distrust, which is particularly evident in the aspects of teacher competence, care and family-kindergarten communication. Finally, this study puts forward some suggestions for preschool teachers to gain more positive trust experience in the family-kindergarten relationship-teachers should enhance their care, love and concern for students, and promote the formation of a good teacher-child relationship.Parents can respond by actively supporting and cooperating with teachers. At the same time, teachers should strengthen the ability and awareness of empathic communication, stand on the standpoint of parents, consider what parents want, and then decide their next steps.Parents should also take the initiative to communicate with teachers. What's more, providing professional support to teachers and parents and establishing parent schools for parents are also important ways to promote parents' trust.Empower parents, increase parental participation and build a community of shared future. It will help parents to enhance their trust in teachers. It is hoped that through these strategies and suggestions, new resources can be injected into promoting good communication and cooperation between family and kindergarten.
