From 1949 to 1966,the development of the subject of foreign education history in China showed a remarkable stage feature.The development of foreign educational history in this period can be divided into three stages: imitating and drawing lessons from the educational history of the Soviet union(1949-1952);Reconstructing the discipline stage of the history of foreign education in China(1952-1956);The establishment of "sinicization" foreign educational history discipline stage(1956--1966).This paper takes the development course of foreign education history in China from 1949 to 1966 as the main line,and makes a detailed analysis of the three stages of the development of this subject.In the introduction,the research significance,domestic research status,research objectives,research contents and research methods of this topic are explained successively,and a detailed plan is made for this research.The first chapter reviews the development of the history of foreign education in China before 1949,including the introduction of the history of foreign education(1901--1921)and the prosperity of the history of foreign education(1921--1949).The second chapter,centering on the educational reform in the early period of the founding of the People's Republic of China(1949-1952),systematically introduces the background and specific manifestations of the research turn of foreign educational history in new China.The third chapter focuses on the process of foreign educational history learning from the Soviet union from 1952 to 1956.Combined with the political and economic situation in China at that time,it makes an in-depth analysis of the transformation of foreign educational history from imitating and learning from the Soviet union to exploring the independent path.Chapter four focuses on the difficult "sinicization" process of foreign history of education discipline(1956-1966),and makes more mention of various changes in the field of foreign history of education discipline in the past ten years,so as to find historical roots for the current situation of foreign history of education discipline in China.The last chapter is about the experience,lessons and reflections from the 17-year development of foreign history of education in China from 1949 to 1966.
