High moral values establishment and people cultivation is the fundamental task of education.Nowadays,society locates in an important stage of transformation development.It is still important for each student to have a comprehensive quality of life in the future.People’s demand for beauty and expectation of beauty are also increasingly high.As the main position of implementing aesthetic education,the school bears the important task of cultivating students ’aesthetic quality.The study analyzes is based on the present situation of aesthetic beauty in N middle school,so as to construct the theoretical framework of interdisciplinary aesthetic beauty education and provide useful ideas for the implementation of aesthetic beauty education in primary and secondary schools.In order to understand the current situation of the implementation of aesthetic education in N middle school,this study selected school administrators and teachers of different subjects for qualitative observation.By using case study strategy,a semi-open interview was conducted among 17 teachers in the school.Through the grounded theory and category analysis and other methods to analyze the primary data,explore the school leaders and "implementation of beauty education" observation dimension,characteristics and implementation path.According to the "localization" concept of school leaders and teachers,the theoretical framework of implementing aesthetic education and the implementation path of aesthetic education in N middle school are preliminarily constructed.Studies have found that N mainly from the students and the self,the middle school students,students and society three dimensions with others reflection on the implementation of aesthetic education.Concrete contains healthy personalities,versatile,deeply loves the life,aesthetic temperament and interest,to be good to do good,to solve problems;Cheerful and elegant,empathy ability,high eq;Civilized courtesy,civilized observe discipline 11 "beautiful student" thematic content.In the process of implementing beauty education,the school includes five parts: feeling beauty,discovering beauty,appreciating beauty,transmitting beauty and creating beauty.With the cultivation goal of "civilized and disciplined,comprehensive development and artistic excellence",N middle school has formed the "four-in-one" education system of "moral education of beauty","curriculum resources of beauty" development and utilization,"school culture of beauty",and "evaluation system of beauty".Aesthetic education infiltration in curriculum and classroom teaching emphasizes the integrity of activities and the ultimate goal,while aesthetic education infiltration in school culture emphasizes spirituality and harmony.The aesthetic feeling of moral education education permeates and highlights the transcendence and intersubjectivity in communication.The aesthetic education infiltration in the evaluation system emphasizes the integration of humanity and reason.The four aspects take "the beauty" as the guidance,the common direction promotes the individual free and the comprehensive development,molds the student the complete humanity.
