Since the introduction of educational reform,with the deepening of educational reform,many scholars have been studying,sorting out and exploring new educational concepts and methods to adapt to the development of The Times.In the teaching activities,we should not only respect the individual differences of students,but also teach students in accordance with their aptitude to help students develop comprehensively and cultivate all-round talents for the society.Basketball has enough mass foundation in our country.The teaching and research of basketball has always been the focus of experimental research.However,the research on the reform of the major course of basketball in sports colleges and universities is limited,which leads to the phenomenon that students with good foundation are often not satisfied with food and students with poor foundation are not able to eat.Dynamic stratified teaching method is based on stratified teaching,aiming at the changes of students' knowledge,skills and psychological activities,and making corresponding adjustments to students.Therefore,by adjusting student flow,the teaching purpose of taking care of students' differences can be achieved.The theory of dynamic stratified teaching and the method of dynamic stratified teaching are put forward in the major course of basketball to ensure that "students are the main body and teachers are the leading part".Care for every student;Respect the law of education and the law of students' physical and mental development.Dynamic stratified teaching breaks the previous teacher-led teaching status quo,not only ensures the standardized,reasonable and orderly classroom organizational form,but also improves the teaching quality,and constantly promotes the continuous strengthening of teachers' own teaching level.Based on the previous research,this paper analyzes the dynamic stratified teaching method,and carries out an experimental study in the major course of basketball in the sports department of xi 'an sports university.This paper adopts five research methods: literature review,expert interview,experiment,observation and questionnaire survey.By sorting out the experimental data and analyzing the actual teaching effect of this teaching method,the feasibility of applying dynamic stratified teaching method in the major course of basketball in sports colleges and universities is verified.The results show that :(1)dynamic stratified teaching method can significantly improve students' learning attitude and enhance their learning initiative andenthusiasm.(2)according to the results of teaching experiments,dynamic stratified teaching method has significantly improved students' emotional expression,and the teaching effect is more significant.Dynamic stratified teaching method can urge students to shape good emotional performance and cultivate strong willpower.(3)dynamic hierarchical teaching method has significantly improved the cooperative spirit of students,and the teaching effect is more significant.Dynamic stratified teaching method can effectively improve the cooperative spirit of students at different levels,cultivate the sense of team,and enhance the cognition of team.(4)according to the influence of dynamic stratified teaching method and traditional teaching method on students' physical quality and technical level,the two teaching methods have no significant improvement on students' physical quality and technical level,indicating that the advantages of dynamic stratified teaching method mainly focus on the improvement of students' psychological state.The following Suggestions are put forward :(1)according to the actual situation,dynamic stratified teaching method can be introduced into the basketball major course of xi 'an sports university,which is conducive to mobilizing students' enthusiasm and initiative.(2)dynamic hierarchical teaching method has no significant influence on students' physical quality and technical level,and more scientific teaching methods should be found and added on this basis.(3)it is necessary to improve the incentive mechanism of dynamic hierarchical teaching method,constantly pay attention to the low-level level and lower the psychological state of students,and carry out positive psychological intervention on students to expand the teaching effect.(4)dynamic hierarchical teaching method can be combined with traditional teaching method to explore teaching methods in line with the actual situation.
