Athletes' competitive state has a great influence on their performance.For bodybuilders,the pre-competition functional state and physical characteristics directly affect the competition ranking.This study analyzed the training process during the preparation period of Liu Ying,the champion of Bikini Asian Championship.The purpose of this paper is to analyze the training system characteristics,physical characteristics and nutrition strategies of bodybuilders,so as to provide reference for further promoting the training and development of female bodybuilders.This study adopts case study method,interview method,literature data method,mathematical statistics method and comparative analysis method to analyses Liu Ying's training plan,physical characteristics and nutrition strategy during the preparation for the Asian championship.At the same time,through the collection and analysis of some routine morphological and physiological indicators,the athletes preparation analysis system is constructed systematically.Liu Ying in the pre-competition training period,the training process is divided into four stages.They are muscle enhancement stage,maintenance stage,fat reduction stage and rapid fat reduction period.According to their own situation and competition requirements,the corresponding training programs are worked out.The main training purpose of muscle enhancement stage was heavy load,high intensity and increasing muscle circumference.The training scheme in maintenance period was basically the same as that in muscle enhancement period,but the load intensity decreased,and the aerobic specific gravity was increased in fat reduction stage,with emphasis on carving muscle details and lines.The maintenance period is mainly medium and low intensity systemic training program,and a certain amount of training is maintained before the game.Through the statistical analysis of Liu Ying's body composition,the body fat ratio,lean weight and water content all fluctuated within a normal range.Three days before the competition,defatting and breaking water further enhanced the muscle circumference and line.And at the end of the carb replenishment,the muscle is full.The nutrition strategy formulated by Liu Ying not only ensures balanced nutrition,but also effectively improves muscle content,promotes fat consumption,provides effective physical support,and provides material basis for winning the title.This study analyzed the characteristics of during the preparation period of Liu Ying,the champion of BikiniAsian Championship.Draw the following conclusions:1.Bodybuilders need to effectively design and monitor the training program,training process and training results during the preparation period,pay attention to the stage of the training process,and further reduce body fat while increasing muscle content.2.Bodybuilders should pay attention to the changes of body composition,pay attention to the intake of fat,protein and carbohydrate,and pay attention to balanced nutrition.3.For preparation,more scientific and normative training is needed.More testing indicators can be introduced to refine the training process.
